Getting settled in and soaking up the sunshine today made every difficult choice to get here so worth it 💖 going to take a social media break while I get settled in but I will be posting updates here periodically 💖 I need some time to decompress and that’s what I’m going to do for the next month. I appreciate everyone’s support to get to this point in my life so incredibly much 💖 my heart is so full from the outpouring of love from everyone here 🥰 once I’m settled in I will be going live to give an update and will be posting the details of it in advance. A true comfort groom, grooming a matted dog for this homeless man at 11:30 at night. Something told me to help him without seeing the dog and I truly am happy I followed my gut and was able to help him. I showed him how to take care of her and gave him a comb, brush, and pair of shears to keep up on her. My heart found what I want to really do with grooming. After hearing he was only alive because of his dog I felt called to help keep homeless peoples pets clean and safe. Relationships with animals and people are so special! If I could give someone an ounce of encouragement to keep going and show them that there are good people in the world that would make my heart full 💖 I did not realize how exhausted I would be. I will give everyone an update once I get moved in, and then I need to decompress this has been a lot fast.

I leave Sunday morning to move to Arizona 🥴🤩 I have been so incredibly overwhelmed with emotions it’s been really hard for me to respond to everyone. I have a 30+ hour drive and will be taking time to respond to everyone with a thoughtful response while I’m the passenger. I wanted to put my mental health first for once and decided to take it face on and to not be afraid or scared of the changes I would have to make. With that came many tears and a lot of loss and grief. So many days I questioned if I was making a mistake. With confidence I know this is the path I need to be on 💖 Without the support of family, friends, clients who all became friends and family, I could not be strong enough to do this. From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough for your support and kindness over the years. I’m so incredibly grateful and thankful to be able to have made all the connections I have with everyone and truly cherish all the hours of driveway talks we’ve had over the past couple of years. That truly made working and living by myself never seem lonely 🥰 Thank you for trusting me with all of your furry family members over the years, I’ve loved them all as my own and have cried so many tears on these final grooms. I really feel so blessed to have had this opportunity 💖 If you would like updates on my new journey to see how bright I shine outside of my comfort zone I’d love to keep this page open and share with you 💖 Thank you for all the love and support, I’m so happy to have gotten to meet each and everyone of you and your furry family members 🥰🐾💖

Effective June 27, 2021, if you (1) cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment on two separate occasions, 2) arrive 15 minutes late* on two separate occasions, or 3) no-show for your appointment once, you will be required to prepay to book any future appointments, and this prepayment will be non-refundable.

*Arriving 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule your appointment. I groom one on one, so there is not always a lot of flexibility to accommodate late appointments. It’s always best to give me notice as soon as you can if a problem arises and you are unable to make it on time.

I was 12 when I started “helping” Audrey in her grooming salon.

Looking back at all the future events this sparked makes me so thankful for getting introduced to the grooming world at such a young age.
