Today was the dreaded day that I knew would come. I had to say goodbye to one of my longest and best friends, ECF Mirage (aka “Sport”). He told me it was time to go. So many memories of this one in a million horse. Finally diagnosed with PSSM, he still showed his heart out. Then Leptospirosis claimed his eyes with Uveitis, and attacked his kidneys. Still was the best lesson horse and packed my grandkids, safely. In the end…..he must have been Cushinoid, and laminitis hit him hard and fast. 27 1/2 years of being so proud….but yet such a servant. Rest easy Sporty….good boy. ❤️😢

We received some wonderful news from Channing Casey. She’s leased her special gelding, “Flash That Badge”, (by Flashy Vanillazipper) to Brookelynn Hansen…..and they won the high point 13 and under award, at the Klamath Basin Open Show, last weekend! Congratulations Brookelynn and Flash! 😊❤️⭐️🍁🌾

Beci and I took a delightful little jaunt around the neighborhood, with Tui and Toto. Toto was a star for my first trail ride with him. Thanks Beci for having Tui be the best example for Toto! Thank you Rosalie for allowing me to own his sire and dam. Thanks Shelby for giving him a great start. Thank you, Jasmine, for his first beach experience, and off road trail miles. He’s a reflection of the perfect team effort. He’s dreaming of a trip to California. ⭐️❤️😊🌾🍁☀️
