We currently have SIX Dobermans looking for new homes!
Please put in an application with our rescue if interested in any or to see future dogs we have come into our rescue:

Top left- Kobe & Sheba
Kobe a 2 year old black male and Sheba a 3 year old female. Kobe is cropped/docked, but his ears do not stand. Sheba is cropped/docked. The two need to go together.
The ideal home would be a family, older kids who would take the dogs for walks, to the dog park, outdoor activities, etc. No cats.
They need a backyard to play with each other. They must sleep indoors, not being in the cold for too long since they don’t have fur. They like to chew real bones, and bully sticks, pigs ears, etc…
They need a strong owner, someone who knows how to deal with Dobermans. They are strong dogs and they need an alpha human to be the pack leader. They’re also sweethearts and affectionate. Perfect combination.
Available due to life changes, the owner is about to move into an apartment.
Top right- Brewster
Brewster is a typical example of our high-energy breed: a rambunctious, teenage boy with a Red coat, natural ears, a docked tail,
and is approx 90 lbs.
Like any young dog, he loves to PLAY! Seriously, he will chase a ball
until your arm falls off from throwing it! He also very much wants
human company: he loves to snuggle, get petted, and will lay by your
feet for hours – a typical Dober lovebug. In his Foster home he’s
learned to be crate trained, polish on his house manners, some basic
obedience commands including a solid “come here” and “quiet” which
he is responds well to stop barking on the first command. He needs
what all young Doberman need: exercise an obedience/agility/dog sport training so his ideal home will be an experienced Doberman home (with confident, young
males) where he can receive lots of time and attention to become the
best version of himself possible. He would be a fabulous jogging/running partner. He lives peaceably with other resident dogs and foster dogs, and happy dog-friendly horse. Cats are a question mark - we rarely see our breed rescues have good relationships with cats.
While we don’t know much about where he originally came from, we
know Brewster came to us from at least his second home where he
received no training and because he pulled on the leash was often left
outdoors in a kennel alone to come up with creative ways to entertain
himself like digging and testing all things for chew-ability. We also
know he lived with 3 boys (aged 3, 8, 9, & 12) and must have had some
poor experiences with little folks because he does NOT like children. Therefore, he will not be considered for homes with lots of children, lots of visiting grandchildren, neighbor children etc. under the age of 15.

Bottom left- Pongo
Meet Pongo, he is an 8 year old male Doberman who has natural ears and a docked tail.
The perfect home for Pongo would have a loving family environment. Perhaps a few children of any age, and an adult that stays home. I say that because that is what he is used to. We’re an active family, we go for daily walks and often take Pongo hiking with us. His potential family would have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for him to run around. This family would welcome Pongo on their furniture, and let him sleep on their beds. Would love him unconditionally- as if he were a true human member of their family.
He has not lived with other dogs or cats.
Pongo is sadly up for adoption for no fault of his own. His family is a military family and has received orders for out of the country. They’re worried about his age with quarantine, especially in a couple years when it’s time to come back to the US.
Bottom right- Gage & Magnum
Bonded brothers that need to stay together. They’re 6 1/2 years old black males. Gage has cropped ears, docked tail, and Magnum has natural ears and a docked tail.
The boys ideal home would be just the two of them and their family. They are good with other people and new to children but don’t mind them. They should be the only dogs in the home. They are new to everything; walking on a leash, going for walks in town, riding in the car. Their ideal home is someone who is patient and wants to show them the ropes. Mostly they just want to spend time with their person and be warm and snuggle by the fire.
They are fine with cats. They have not lived with kids, so no kids under 10. Available only due to their owner passing away.
