My footage is less than perfect as I am figuring out how to run my GoPro, but I finished a 6 week session with Goose and Abby. We have been working on sitting, polite greetings, staying and being released, and most of all leash manners. He even got a toy. He is an aggressive chewer so he got a kong! He walked almost perfectly at the cinder path, but I can't prove it because I wasn't recording it. He did struggle a little bit more in Bomgaars, but he hasn't went to Bomgaars very often so he was really excited. He got to meet a lot of people. At the end of the footage you will see him sitting and waiting to be released for a treat! I'm super proud of Goose!

As the caregiver to the mountain's monarchs, one soon discovers that they are in command. I had a delightful time with Tuff and Winnie, taking them for walks, playing catch, and spending quality time with each. Working with the dogs at the shelter is one of my favorite tasks of the week. I have learned that I am happiest when I am given back to others and sometimes those others have four legs. I try to not get too attached as I can't take every dog home. I have three dogs of my own that keep me very busy.

I trained Blue for 6 months! Approximately, 1 hour a week skipping a week here and there, but was very consistent with her sessions. I still had work I could have done with her. It takes a lot of training before your dog is where you want them to be. Training your dog is ongoing. If you allow them to be boneheads, they will be boneheads. When they know what to expect, they are better behaved doggos.

I have included Blue's very first session and her last. I am not a perfect trainer and am still learning myself, but am very thankful that Blue could be with me along the way. I will miss that sweet girls face, but am excited she has a home! Blue is my biggest success story for sure! 💙♥️💙

I am pleased to provide you with several key updates to enhance my services. Currently, I only receive email notifications for dog services, which has nearly resulted in missed appointments. To address this issue, I have implemented a few changes. My morning schedule now runs from 7-9 am, and I have set up reminders through the app. Please note that if I am not there by 7 am, you may receive a notification. Do not worry unless I have not shown up by 9am as this is the timeframe I have to complete multiple services.

Additionally, I will be introducing a gas charge for services that exceed 15 miles outside my service area, applicable to both pet sitting and pet training. I have received numerous inquiries for pet training and may need to limit new clients in the future.

Dog-sitting Kassie Clowser's dogs is fun, but I have to remind them of the rules sometimes. I finish with a positive affirmation to keep things light. Did my reminder work? That's a no! Those cute canines gave me a a lot of face kisses - I guess you can't win every time! Kassie Clowser

It was a small group that finished my first Basic Obedience dog training as we are missing a couple dogs. Thanks Jennifer Holmes (Elbi and Rocky), Cindy McCracken(Rizzo), Sharon Squibb (Jazmine,not pictured), and Terry and Amanda and Terry Thompson (Josie, not pictured) for being in my class. I truly enjoyed it!
