65 degrees in Ohio in January?!?! Yes please! Great rides this morning and then decided to unbraid and tackle Vince’s mane that has been neglected. He was such a good boy and now looks good as new!

Rebraid day after our ride! 3 year old gypsy vanner stallion AKH Kryptonite! He is fast becoming a favorite, trying so hard to please! i introduced him to treats after his good ride and he has decided that they are amazing! 🤣🦄

An update on Tucker as he has been out in the big pasture since fair.
Tucker is fully ready for the winter. He has put on the lbs(and then some) from his summer body and has transferred beautifully into winter mode.
While he doesn’t usually let us catch him until around January, today the grain and other horses were to much of a temptation for him and he came into the catch pen to eat a bite of grain before he was wormed.
We love this guy so much and know you all have been wondering about him this fall!

The barn is quiet as we turned out the horses in to the middle pasture, some left for their next adventure and little Miss Anna, our gyosy vanner baby came in to be weaned and started in our foundation training program. She handled the weaning well as did mama and today I just had her following me around with her halter and lead. She was happy for scratches but didn’t want to pose for the camera so it made it hard to get photos!

Autie and Sassy had to wait for the power line guys to add lines on the road and through our arena. They both thought it should be treat time while they waited 🤣
