🌟 A Happy Tail for Koda 🌟

Koda’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. He came to us as a tiny puppy, full of hope and potential, but sadly, no one ever came to meet him or apply to adopt him. 💔 As time went on, the kennel environment started to affect him, and we noticed behavioral challenges beginning to emerge.

But we refused to give up on him. Thanks to the amazing team at No Bull Rehab, Koda received the training, patience, and love he needed to grow into the incredible dog we always knew he could be. 🐾

And here’s the best part: Koda’s story has the happiest ending we could hope for—he has finally found his forever home! 🏡❤️

This little warrior was born with a birth defect in her right rear leg, and after consulting with her vet, it’s clear that the best path forward for her is amputation. While this might sound daunting, Poppy is full of life, love, and spunk—and she’s going to thrive as a tripod!

Cats are incredibly resilient, and losing a limb doesn’t mean losing their ability to play, climb, or enjoy life to the fullest. Poppy will soon be bouncing around, proving to the world that she’s unstoppable!

Let’s cheer her on as she takes this step toward a pain-free, happy future. She’s a reminder that challenges don’t define us—our determination does. 💕

🏥Medical Monday 🏥

🖤 Some stories are harder to share, but they deserve to be told.

This sweet Frenchie came into our care from another shelter, pregnant and with an abscess on her face from what appears to have been a dog attack. Despite her pain, her gentle nature shone through.

Heartbreakingly, she went into premature labor and lost her entire litter. This is one of the most difficult parts of rescue work—the moments when no amount of love or care can undo the suffering they’ve endured before finding safety.

We are heartbroken for her loss, but now our focus is on giving her the love and healing she deserves. She’s receiving medical care, a warm bed, and lots of cuddles as she begins to recover.

Rescuing isn’t always happy endings and wagging tails—it’s also the tears, the losses, and the heartbreak. But through it all, these animals remind us of resilience, love, and the importance of never giving up on them.

Thank you to our supporters who make it possible for us to be there for dogs like her. Together, we can ensure her brighter days are just ahead.
