It's spooky season, and we are HERE FOR IT. (To say we're excited is an understatement.)

When: Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 4:30pm

Where: super secret neighborhood off River Road in Eugene (register for details)

Who: YOU! This pack walk is open to the public, but space is limited so we're requiring registration.

Cost: $50 per pup (one pup per handler)

To say that I practice what I preach is an understatement. Y'all if your not willing to work your dog, you'll never know what they're capable of. Rollie went to his first Gameday! A few thousand loud, screaming, fans complete with the marching band was alot for this pup. He was an absolute prince and I couldn't be prouder!!

Beginner class: 9:00am
Intermediate class: 10:30am.

Class location for Beginners will be in Cottage Grove, OR, and class location for Intermediates will vary based on the skill level of pup/human teams in the class (first class will be in Cottage Grove).

Our puppy classes are organized in a six-session format. Five weekly classes of progressive content, plus one complimentary (free!) make-up session at the end. You can join us for the make-up session even if you haven't missed any classes, kind of an incentive/reward for perfect attendance!

Announcing: 🐾 ADVENTURE PUPS 🐾

Do you have a pup who is built for adventure? Are you nervous about actually adventuring with them?

Or have you tried in the past, but it didn't go well? You'd like to try again, but you want some help?

Adventure Pups to the rescue!!

What is it? A new Pawsitive Influence group class for pups (and their humans) who are ready to go on adventures!

Who is it for? Pups of all ages, breeds and sizes are welcome to inquire.* Large dogs are ENCOURAGED. Some pre-training required. Contact us to find out more.

How does it work? Classes will be Sunday mornings at 9:00am, and locations will vary. Generally, classes will be held within 10-45 minutes of Cottage Grove, OR. We will be in contact each week via email with class location and instructions.

How many classes? Either 4 classes, or 6 classes. We beta-tested Adventure Pups this spring, and it was GREAT. We found that for first-timers, you'll need two (2) get-you-ready classes followed by four (4) adventure classes. Once you've completed the Adventure Pups group class series at least one time, repeating the first two classes is optional. For first-timers, the get-you-ready classes are mandatory.

Who can register? Registration is by invitation-only. We're curating an invitation-only class so that this group is filled with pups (and their humans) who are ready for the same general level of challenges.

*Note: some pup/human teams may need one-on-one training before they're ready for Adventure Pups classes. If you're interested in this class *at all* please reach out to us! We can help determine if you're ready.

It's not too late! TOMORROW (Sunday!) at 9:00am, join us for Bark & Brunch at Graduate Eugene.

There is still space for you and your pup.

We're also saving a few walk-in spots. So if your commitments tomorrow change at the last minute, don't worry - head to the Graduate by 9:00am and have brunch with us. :)

What to expect:
🐾 Your pup is welcome, no matter their breed, age, size, or training level. LARGE DOGS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!
🐾 Humans of all ages are welcome, as long as each human is capable of staying focused and calm for the duration of the entire class.
🐾 There will be pups at all stages of training and many levels of behavior-shaping. If your pup is more advanced/mature, this will be GREAT practice for disengaging from over-excited pups.
🐾 We will practice managing our pups in-movement, in tight quarters, around eatery obstacles, near strange people and strange dogs.
🐾 The focus of this group class is empowerment. Empowering humans to be great leaders in public spaces! And empowering pups to relax and trust their people.

Who should come:
🐾 Young pups, teenaged pups, adult pups, and senior pups are all welcome (and their humans!).
🐾 Pups who are ready for a "level up." Have you felt a little stagnant or repetitive in the "fun" stuff you do with your dog? Come to this class, it will really stretch you both.
🐾 If your pup is over-excited, and you're worried about them being disruptive, please come! This is great practice and you'll learn a lot.
🐾 If your pup is reactive or unpredictable around FOOD, come to this class.
🐾 If your pup is GREAT around people, and you'd love to take them to dog-friendly eateries, but you feel they're a little unpredictable around other dogs, come to this class.
🐾 If your pup is awesome, but YOU would like more empowerment about how to handle it when over-excited pups approach YOUR dog in dog-friendly spaces, come to this class.
🐾 If you're ready to COLLABORATE with your dog in new ways, come to this class!

Agenda:
🐾 Parking is limited near the venue. Give yourself enough time to find parking. There is a pay-to-park lot across the street from the entrance.
🐾 Group Class (dog training) starts at 9:00am
🐾 Brunch for humans, and a pup parfait bar for our dogs at 10:00am
🐾 Wrap-up by 11:00am

This is a sweet, tucked away neighborhood park that is perfect for a pack walk.

Time: 9:00am, class duration is 60-90 minutes

Cost: $50 per pup (If you're enrolled in our current puppy classes, this pack walk is FREE!)
