📣 NEW DATE 📣 Now: July 11th.

Our original date is forecasted to be pretty wet and a little too cool to be getting in the river with your pup. So we're pivoting to July 11th.

Scent Work & Water Retrieval Event. Registration is open!

Saturday, JULY 11TH, 2026
8am-12pm

Does your dog love fetch? ⚾
Do they love using their nose? 🐶
Are they either obsessed with the river, or do they need help building confidence around water? 🐾

This canine enrichment event blends structured scent work education with beginner water retrieval skill building to help dogs use their natural instincts with more focus, confidence, and connection.

Space is limited and registration is required. Use this link to learn more:

DO YOU HAVE A "NOSE-Y" DOG?

Your dog’s nose is powerful, but does it get them off track?

Without structure, the natural instinct to follow a scent can turn into overstimulation, frustration, or a dog who checks out from their human the second they sniff something exciting.

This event is about putting those instincts to work.

We’ll practice scent work enrichment, build focus around exciting rewards, and introduce tracking skills in a way that can help dogs become calmer, braver, and more connected to their handlers.

For the dog who loves fetch, this helps add structure.

For the dog who loves sniffing, this helps build control.

WISH YOUR DOG COULD/WOULD SWIM?

We are *often* told that a dog doesn't or can't swim, and we're here to tell you that's a little silly. 😉 All healthy dogs are capable of swimming, and if your dog doesn't seem to like the water, we're guessing they were introduced in a way that didn't work for their brain chemistry.

Good news, we can help. For the dog who “can’t swim,” our approach helps create a safe, confidence-building introduction to water. The goal for you and your dog might not be to actually swim - the goal might just be to have a positive experience in the water. We'll take it at your dog's pace.

HAVE A VETERAN SWIMMER?

This event will have enough challenges to keep even the most advanced swimmer satisfied. We can show you how to turn your dog's natural drive into teamwork.

Please join us on Saturday, JULY 11TH, 2026 from 8am-12pm!

TOMORROW! Free Event! 💵 ❌

Hosted by our friends at Frankly Real Estate 😍

Join us at 10am tomorrow, Saturday, June 20th, 2026

You are welcome to bring your dog, or leave them at home! We'll be discussing what motivates your dog, how to leverage that motivation for GOOD, and what a satisfied and happy dog actually looks like.

SPOILER: your dog probably doesn't need more walks, more fetch or more free play. We'll talk about why we believe this, and what to do about it.

High energy dogs, reactive dogs, large breed dogs, and "scary" breeds are welcome!

Good dogs are also welcome, but honestly we love helping the hard pups. So bring your tough cases.

Location:
5340 Royal Ave
Eugene OR

No RSVP needed, just come!

📣 UPDATE! NEW START DATE! 📣

Due to the early onset of high temps this year, we're going to start classes a little earlier in the morning. Due to this change, we're pushing our start date to July 12th.

Registration is OPEN for our Puppy Foundations classes.

Are you looking forward to a summer of developing your pup, but wish you had a little guidance and support? We would LOVE to help.

We believe in building beyond “Sit. Stay. Come.” Because your dog is capable of so much more.

Your pup doesn’t need robotic obedience training, although obedience is important for all dogs. What most dogs need first is a calm, confident human who understands how to shape behavior, build trust, and create a life that makes sense to them.

This class is for the human who wants to go beyond the basics and start building the dog they actually want to live with, and the dog they want to adventure with!

In this 6-week group class, we’ll focus on:

✅ Understanding your pup’s “why,” so you can respond with clarity instead of guessing.

✅ Building confidence through real-world socialization. NOT chaos. Not free-for-all greetings. Thoughtful exposure that helps your pup feel steady in the world, and that helps YOU feel like you know what to do.

✅ Shaping behavior from the beginning, because the habits you allow now become the adult dog patterns you live with later.

✅ Developing your relationship with your pup. Training works best when your dog trusts your leadership, understands the structure, and wants to partner with you.

✅ Creating calm, clear household expectations, so your pup learns how to settle, focus, and move through the world with confidence.

This is not obedience training as much as it's holistic training for your dog's entire life. You might want to consider it a mindset shift. If that sounds a little woo-woo, we get it. But we believe in it, we stand by it, and we've helped hundreds of local pups get a great start.

Our Puppy Foundations class teaches humans how to build the foundation underneath the commands: confidence, communication, boundaries, relationship, reinforcement, and calm leadership.

Because commands only matter if your pup understands how to work with you when life gets exciting.

📣 LAST CALL! Spring puppy classes start this weekend!

Tired of feeling like your puppy or young dog is bouncing off the walls, ignoring you, biting or nipping everything in sight, and starting to build habits you know will only get harder to fix later?

Here's the link with more info, including class schedule, cost, and what to expect:
https://pci.jotform.com/form/230030579816152

Our puppy classes are designed to help handlers get ahead of the chaos before it turns into bigger behavior struggles.

This class is for puppies who are easily overstimulated, overtired, struggling with recall, jumping on people, using their teeth too much, or beginning to show some pretty big opinions about listening. In other words: the puppies who need more than just “wait and see.”

We’ll help you build the foundations that matter most — calmness, engagement, better responsiveness, and the kind of everyday skills that make life with your dog feel more peaceful and enjoyable.

Our next puppy class starts April 19th, and registration is still open. We have a few spots left and we'd love to help you develop your puppy into the dog you're dreaming they will become.

Questions? Text Christina at 541-954-0322 for the fastest response.
