How's the Salt Lake County real estate market, you ask? Well, let me tell you!

👉 The number of homes sold is up a bit, with 2% increase on homes sold compared to last year and demand is there.

👉 Rising mortgage rates (now at 6.32%) are causing some hesitation as affordability becomes a bigger factor for many buyers.

👉 And with new listings down 3%, the market is getting more competitive.

✨ What does this mean for you? Sellers, fewer homes on the market might work in your favor. Buyers, it’s important to stay ready when you find the right home since inventory is tight.
