If I was laying on the couch imagine me being being under him, that what he does everyday, me sleeping is almost impossible but I'm getting used to it.

Chuck is obviously big but I like how the cat I'm caring for who still needs a home, gets an armrest to lay on, Chuck gets the rest.

The things we do for love. I'm not a veterinarian although I get plenty of calls from people asking me for help and I always do thanks to my friends and employees. You couldn't ask for a better group of people that think alike when it comes to animals. Chuck has slept in his own bed one time since I've had it, any number of dogs and cats have slept in his more than he has, but then again he gets either my couch or my bed so I think everyone's fine.

Chuck isn't picky, he know where he wants to sleep, it's either with me on the couch (more like on top of me), in bed with me or next to me on the floor when it's hot out. If I could just get him to listen to me every now and then he'd be perfect. Yeah.

Oliver spends about the same amount of time that Chuck does throughout the day which is sleeping off and on most of the day. What do you expect from a 16 year old, they sleep all day after being out all night.

This guys name is Oliver, his owner is also Murray's owner. Oliver came by to visit last night getting ready for his 16th birthday in 4 days. Just hearing that makes me want to take a nap.

I have a Brittany Spaniel staying with me over the Labor Day weekend, he's a good boy but he likes sleeping with me to so there's no room on the bed for all three of us, that doesn't even include the cat who joins in during the night.

I'm trying to persuade Chuck to sleep somewhere besides in the bed with me or on the couch with me so I bought him a memory foam do***ng mattress. He hasn't laid on it once, the cat sure loves it though.

While I'm still going to be incapacitated for another 10-14 days I will be able to care for your pet/pets this upcoming Labor Day weekend. I wouldn't suggest waiting till the last minute to book a reservation, it's the last summer holiday of the year and I currently have two spots booked now.

I went into surgery about 4pm and didn't get into my room till Midnight, surprise I made it!

Gizzy is a good cat, she does have issues with other cats, at least since I've been caring for her. Dogs she gets along with fine, but then other cats not so much. I'd rather try and find a home for her rather than someone having to paying the animal shelter to adopt her but it may come down to that regardless. Contact me if you are interested.

I neglected to inform everyone I have my first employee and he's been with me for a couple of months now and he's working out great. So don't hesitate to call me if you need help while I'm laid up as I will still be scheduling bookings for Richard while I'm out.

After this coming week it will be time for a break for me due to an upcoming surgery. I could be out between 2 weeks to 3 months, it will all depend on how the surgery goes and my recovery, this is no simple surgery I'm having keep your fingers crossed.

I've had medium size dogs jump up on my counter before but never a small dog, so it's a new first. The kicker is when she wants up on the couch she wants help, the couch isn't nearly as tall as that counter top.

It's a first for me, 4 dogs and 3 cats all at the same time and they all get along together. Who knew. I must be doing something right for that to happen.

It may not look like it in the picture but Chuck (Great Pyrenees) is quite bigger than the German Shepherd. I actually had 4 dogs but the other one wouldn't cooperate and get into the picture.

Chuck hasn't met a person he doesn't love unless they are aggressive towards me then all bets are off. But he loves going down to the 100 block and it doesn't have to be during the Bikes on the Block night, any day he can get petted he's all for it.

Chuck loves nothing more than being petted and he gets plenty of that when the Bikes on 100 Block is happening.

Another day in paradise, which is where I'm going in two weeks to Clearwater Beach. Actually it will probably feel the same as here but at least they have a beach.

I finally got back into my Facebook account no thanks to them. These two were out, after a short walk on a hot day, I can't even get in my bed with two small dogs let alone the moose I adopted.

Due to major surgery I will have coming up in June, I may not be available until hopefully sometime in July. I'll know more the last week of June after some exploratory surgery, regardless all I can tell you is to call or text me to see if I'm able to care for your pets, I will if I can.

I wouldn't exactly call Chuck lazy, but that boy loves him a good nap or 3 a day. Not much for walking to far either, around the block and he's leading back home. I'm going to have to leave him at home if I want to get my miles in for walking. He started out so strong, we were doing over 5 miles a day, now I'm lucky to get 5 blocks out of him. Maybe he's just pacing himself.

You couldn't ask for a better dog than Chuck, he absolutely loves people and wants to meet everyone, he's super chill when pets come over that I am caring for, the cat adores him. We are walking a little over 6 miles a day, I wonder why the ambulances seem to leave the station and are seemingly always following me :)

There's going to be a permanent member of the crew next week, a gentle giant, by giant I mean a Great Pyrenees. I so enjoyed caring for one before I went to Biloxi I had to have one. He is so sweet, he wouldn't hurt a baby rabbit so it will be business as usual, just know that I'll have a dog there with me at all times.

This is Cooper he may look like he's resting, he is only 5 months old, yet in reality he is gnawing on a bone because that puppy doesn't rest, at least not around me.

Eric's brother has asked me to come down to Biloxi again, this time to take Eric's two person kayak out into the Gulf of Mexico with him to spread Eric's ashes. That boy loved kayaking. Change is never easy and sometimes you don't have an option, which I don't this time. I wasn't always there for my family as I had the horrible habit of thinking only about myself after my mother passed away. I owe it to what's left of my family and myself, to do the right thing for others for once and not for myself.

I will miss you all dearly and thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to help you by caring for your pets when you needed it and I needed them just as much to get me through everyday life.

And especially to Adam and Tiffany for letting me borrow Murray when I needed some puppy loving for my mental health. I'll miss you all.
