So I ported the shop phone to a cell phone it can take up to 72 hours to fully switch I'm assuming that it is taking its time tomorrow marks the 72 hours it is currently working for some and not for others sorry for the inconvenience thank you

Hello everyone I just wanted to send out a quick post to inform everyone The Groomerzz has not sent out a text/email with a link to your Groomer and Google Docs this was brought to my attention and seems to be something that happened over the weekend and WEdid not send such a thing sadly I believe I may have been vulnerable to some person/persons and they took some of my client information!! Please if you get a message of such let us know . I'm not sure how to address this but would like to be sure everyone is aware it is not The Groomerzz sending this message out thank you for your continued business!!

Hello everyone..
Well unfortunately dickie was removed from life support and his services have been planned for this week Dickie was a part of the groomerzz and we all deserve a chance to attend or grieve however we see fit and have decided we will open next Tuesday instead of the 1st with clean minds hearts and rested bodies and able to move on. We will get everyone who had appointments scheduled just please be patient with us as we come back and get back on track.

Hello everyone !
We have decided to close down starting today until April 1st. There are a lot of unknowns right now with Billies spouse so she wants to be there with him as much as she can at the moment & Ashley had carpel tunnel surgery and is healing to be able to come back. So we came to the decision to close down until she comes back so we aren’t short staffed and putting it all on Alisha our other groomer . We are working on calling everyone who had standing apts in that time frame to reschedule. Thank you for being patient and understanding!

I just wanted to thank you all for your patience with us with the rescheduling. I wanted to explain to everyone what we are trying to do!
We are scheduling those who’ve had an appointment canceled first, which are those that had appointments in the last week of March and so on.
