THANKFUL 4 DOG FRIENDLY PLACES❣️

During the cold winter months it can be hard to get our dogs out to get them exercised and socialized. So my pack and I are always on the look out for places we can go together! 🥶🐕🐕

We run errands together so they can get out the house. Take shorts walks when we can and if a store allows dogs, we go and shop together. Just like Jesus wants to go everywhere with us, so do our dogs! 🙏🏼

Sometimes pet stores can be too overwhelming for dogs so we prefer feed stores or other low traffic situations to build confidence! 🐕❤️‍🔥

I get my shopping done, then bring them in so I have time to focus on their needs. It’s a good time for them to practice their skills to manage their emotions and meet new people. And of course we share the gospel too! 💁‍♀️

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
WORKING DOGS IN A PACK 🐕🐕

Had a great CONSULTATION with Gunner and Gri and their owners last weekend. Both dogs are trying to manage their emotions and overcome their FEARS around strangers. 😬

Since both dogs are KENNEL TRAINED and were barking nonstop when we arrived we put them in there to help them understand they are SAFE. We gave them information about what is expected of them with new people, just like you would with KIDS.😇

Then we brought the older dog Gunner out ON LEASH to help him understand his humans have things under control, and he didnt need to be scared of us. He nailed all his COMMANDS and followed direction wonderfully. Because we explained things clearly he calmed down!👏 🐕

Next we brought out the younger more insecure pup Gri, to help her follow COMMANDS ON LEASH, and follow in Gunner’s footsteps. She had a harder time settling down but will learn over time that everything is okay, and that no one is there to hurt her! 🐕❤️‍🔥

This is why we must work with our dogs TOGETHER because dogs function as a PACK and they feed off each other. Also younger dogs will learn from older dogs or dogs that have been in the house longer than them. Loved working with these adorable creatures! 🏡

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
LEARNING TO TAME OUR FEAR ❤️‍🔥

Meet Tank, a rescue dog that has a hard time managing his emotions in new settings around other dogs and humans. He becomes very FEARFUL and his coping mechanisms involved big reactivity hoping they would go away! 🫣

We spent our entire last session helping him understand that he does not have to react like that. That God put his people in charge of him to PROTECT, GUIDE and keep him SAFE. So he no longer has to do that for himself! 🥹

Because some humans and dogs are not operating from the Spirit of the Lord they can be used by the enemy to hurt us. This is why we dont blindly trust every dog or human the Bible encourages us to TEST THE SPIRITS working in someone.😈 😇

But if we TRUST THE HOLY SPIRIT to lead us, He will lead us to make decisions that lead to LIFE not DEATH. Polly and Diamond helped Tank understand we are here to HELP him. That some dogs come in PEACE and can be called FRIENDS!✌️

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
LUCKY LEARNING TO TRUST ❤️‍🔥

Had a great session yesterday with Lucky and his owner. This is our third session including consultation and he FINALLY let me work him on leash! So awesome 🤩

When we have been hurt or lost people in we LOVE it can be hard to TRUST again. So we put up walls around us, looking for ways to avoid that PAIN. Because emotional pain can be just as bad as physical pain. 🥹

But those walls designed to keep people out end up keeping us locked inside our own prison. JESUS asks us not to put our trust in humans, but to put our trust in Him. Because He is the one who keeps us safe in relationships, this is the same relationship we are after with our dogs. 🐕

I always feel so BLESSED when a dog feels Im worthy of their trust and finally lets me in. They realize that I am their FRIEND and here to help them. That is the same thing JESUS wants us to realize about Him, He is our friend and here to help us too! 😇

DEC CLIENT PACK WALK 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕

So thankful the Lord blessed us with nice weather to get in one last pack walk for 2024! The fog made for some cool photos. Also grateful for our dedicated pack that shows up every month to help each other! 🙏🏼🐕

We are a small but mighty group. Our clients have put in the work with their dogs. When the road ahead looked long and hard, they didnt give up. Their dogs lives are a testimony to when things got tough, the tough kept going! 💪👏👊

Thank God we made it through the year and we are looking forward to helping more dogs and humans in 2025! 🤍

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖 CHRISTMAS EVE MIRACLES 🎄✨🤍

So thankful for all your prayers for Polly, and for our Heavenly Father who hears our prayers for all His creatures. This holiday all I wanted for Christmas 🎄 was for Jesus to save my dog! 😭

Just like God born into the world as a baby, was the biggest miracle of all time, Polly is our Christmas miracle too. All odds were stacked against her, but He came through, because that’s what He does. Every time, miracle after miracle! 🎄✨

Even though we are stuck at home, treating Polly’s bacterial infection now, Im so grateful because Jesus is the reason for the season. And we dont have to go anywhere to BE WITH HIM, wherever He is welcomed, that’s where He is! 💫

Jesus was born in a barn among the animals so seems fitting that’s how we might spend His Birthday too, with the animals! We wish you a BLESSED CHRISTmas and that He be with you and your family too! 🐕 🐈‍⬛ 🐎 🦅

LUCKY LEARNS TO LET THEM LEAD ❤️‍🔥

We managed to meet with Lucky and his family last week despite Polly’s illness. We are working to help Lucky and his fam continue to work through some of his TRUST issues. 🥹

Like many of us that have been hurt or lost humans in our lives we have a hard time trusting others out of fear of being hurt again. But TRUST is earned and the Lord is the only one worth 💯 percent of our trust because He PROVED it.

And when we turn our lives over to Him and trust Him to LEAD us, He proves He is worthy over and over again. That we can TRUST Him to lead us to PEACE and LOVE and a JOY that doesnt make sense to the world 🌎

This is the same thing we do with our DOGS like Lucky, asking them to FOLLOW us through the training that will LEAD them to all the fruits of the Spirit so we can live a PEACEFUL LIFE with them! ❤️‍🔥

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
HELPING US FIGHT FOR OUR DOGS 😭

Word on the street is Southpaw Veterinary Clinic is the place to be if you want to save your dog. And we quickly found out…the streets were right! God bless them and we send them HUGE THANK YOU!! 🙌🏼

This weekend Polly was first seen by one of the owners Dr Shrader and admitted to their clinic. Then treated by Dr Hollis and Dr Grint along with countless vet staff that took care of her and loved on her all weekend! 🥰🥹

We were able to finally get testing, diagnosis and treatment she needed. This has been such an exhausting three weeks watching her in pain and not being able to help her. So thankful she is finally on the mend and grateful for your prayers!😭❤️‍🩹

Our Father, Son and Holy Spirit work together to advocate for all the creatures. They are always stepping in helping us fight our battles. So we should learn to fight for our pack family like they do! Thank you Lord for the VICTORY!🛡️⚔️

JESUS ADVOCATES FOR OUR DOGS ♥️

I know it’s hard to believe that GOD LOVES His creatures as much as He loves us. But the first MIRACLE I saw Jesus perform after my Baptism was with a DOG!! 🙏🏼✨

Since then the Lord has revealed and confirmed through His WORD, MIRACLES, SIGNS and WONDERS that He does in fact love and care about the creatures as much as we do! Thank you Lord! 😭

We must TRUST Him to GUIDE us and give us WISDOM to help our dogs. We must ADVOCATE for our dogs LIKE JESUS ADVOCATES FOR US, and we must be able to communicate with our vets because WE ARE THEIR VOICE! 🛡️⚔️

We know that something is wrong with Polly that she INGESTED something she was not suppose to. However two different XRAYS even at IA STATE UNIVERSITY have been inconclusive, showing all clear but she is not clear and still passing part of a blanket. 🫣

PLEASE PRAY FOR US as we continue to MONITOR her pain daily and watch for her to pass anything else. Ultrasound scheduled but wont be for a couple of weeks WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING UNTIL SHE IS HEALED IN JESUS NAME!!!!😭❤️‍🩹

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
LEARNING RULES & BOUNDARIES ♥️

Had a great consult with BELLA and her family over the weekend! She is a young PUP, but it’s very smart, and it took to the training so quickly! 🐶

Because of her SIZE and ENERGY, Bella was overwhelming for the smaller, older dogs, as well as the cat in her house. But as soon as we began to use the leash to communicate with Bella, she and everyone else in the house began to relax! 🙏🏼🐕🐕🐈‍⬛

They had PEACE knowing that we had Bella under command. Also that her MASTER was now going to set RULES and BOUNDARIES to lead her to make the right decisions, which will keep her and everyone else safe! ♥️

This family was such a JOY to work with and I look forward to helping them on their journey to help Bella become the best dog she can be! This winter and holiday season is still a great time to train to help your everyone remain in PEACE through season!🎄🐶🎁

THE GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖 NINI FINDS PEACE TO GO WITH HER JOY ♥️ Meet Nini a 3 year old terrier mix looking for her FOREVER HOME. I have never met a happier dog, or one filled with so much JOY! She was a stray found running down south on the streets in NOLA, before she was rescued. 🥹 This may be why she LOVES humans so much because she was without them as a consistent figure in her life for so long. But she has been in foster care and being overlooked for the last TWO YEARS because she cant contain her excitement on meet and greets! 🫣😬 The Bible says we will be filled with a JOY that doesnt make sense to the world. Despite all the bad things happening, we have the JOY of the LORD living in us. What a blessing to be so filled with the Spirit of the Lord that you cant contain it and Nini has that part mastered! 👏😄 However over the course of her training program we are going to help Nini find PEACE to go along with her JOY. So she can learn to relax and trust that her humans are going to take care of her needs, she doesnt have to do that for herself anymore! THE GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖 RAISE THEM UP THE WAY THEY WILL GO☝️ The Bible tells us we should raise the little ones up the way they should go and they will not depart from their ways as they grow up! So grateful to get to work with the young puppies now and help them get started on the right track. 🙏🏼 🐶 This little girl Freya was a frightened little lamb 🐑 when our session started. Like so many people she and her owner battle anxiety with everything coming their way. Thankfully God gives us Holy Spirit to calm, protect us and provide us peace! 🕊️ You can see through the first session how she started to gain confidence throughout our session and by the end she was able to climb up and down the stairs.
