Today we had a major pelt removal come in. We removed the majority today which took a very long time for this sweet cat so we gave him a break. He’s coming beck next week so we can finish the lion cut and give him a proper spa day with many baths to remove all the oil that was hiding under the mats. He will be a new man! To prevent future issues he will be on a maintenance schedule appropriate for his breed and coat.

Last week and this week cat grooming school is in session at the club. We have 54 cats scheduled this session. That’s a lot of hands on learning for our students! They have traveled from Idaho and Maryland to learn how to become a certified feline master groomer.

Exciting news!!! I will be hosting a creative “upskills” workshop next April with the incredibly talented Chelsea Waddell! This is a rare opportunity to learn creative etching and color from the best and actually practice these techniques yourself on several cats over 2 days at Club Meow Inc. We have some spots available for (auditing) viewing only, no hands on. Message me to grab your spot before they are gone. You must already have your CFMG title to participate.
