2024 AQHA Gray C**t born 4/23/24

You won’t want to miss out on this c**t! I’ve been around quite a few horses from this cross and they’ve been all super good minded, trainable horses with a ton of shape and size. He will be weaned and ready for a new 🏠 come September. My personal horse is a 3 year old c**t by the same sire as this guy and he is an awesome little c**t. This mare isn’t easily spooked and is a pretty easy mare to be around as well. Should be a jam up little c**t for someone down the road! Message me if you have any questions!

We’ve been slacking on updating our page but the horses are continuing to improve! We are thankful for great clients and great horses!

We got to sneak away a couple weeks ago and got to show one of our personal horses, ELS SMOKE N CASH, “Gunner” at a schooling show where he placed 1st in trail and 2nd in the reining. We also got to get one of our other personal horses TRASHY ROSE “Ritzy” started under saddle. Always nice to have some time for our horses as well!

ISO a ride for a well behaved, yearling c**t from Council, ID (could meet in Ontario) to Eugene, OR area in the next couple of weeks. If anybody would even be able to get him as far as Bend that may work as well. Thanks in advance, just trying to save a trip!

This 3 year old gelding is pretty special. Not many 3 year olds can look fancy loping circles then the next day give lessons! This gelding is worth his weight in gold to our program!

As much as we’d like to take all the credit for this horse, a lot of the credit goes to Shelton Quarter Horses for breeding such kind, great minded horses! They’ve got some available if you’re in the market!

Even muddy from the rain storm and still rocking bandages (healing up from a cut), ⚡️Tayzer⚡️ “DUNIT LIKE MY DADDY” is so fun to watch move around the arena. The natural movement and talent this little c**t has is so cool to see! Just look at how low he carries that head and neck when he travels! We cannot wait to start him under saddle next year!

Finally! A big, healthy sorrel/grey c**t born last night. Thank you Denise Mengon for all your help! Cotton will be bred back to Docz Smart Shiner for a 2025! She is the best momma and throws a ton of shape and size to her babies, along with an awesome mind!

Gotta love good minded yearlings!

⚡️Tayzer⚡️”DUNIT LIKE MY DADDY” has the best mind and just stood like an old broke horse! This was maybe his 3rd trim and his first time ever with a hoof stand and he handled it all amazing. We can’t wait for this little stud c**t’s future showing and hopefully siring some good minded babies for us down the road!

Shoutout to Broken Stirrup Ranch for breeding this awesome little horse! He’s out of an awesome mare owned by Katie von Tagen who has a baby on the ground currently available if you want one like him! He’s by an amazing stallion that is now standing in Canada with MK Silvertip Paint & Quarter Horses where he’s been showing in the reining!

⚡️Great weekend at the Idaho State Spring Double Point show! We took “Gunner” ELS SMOKE N CASH, just to get him some exposure as he’s never shown. He hasn’t had a ton of time under saddle but he did amazing and had all the confidence in the world in the show ring. We can’t wait to get more time on him and see him progress from show to show this summer! ⚡️

Getting impatient for our broodmare, Cotton, to give up this year’s foal by ELS SMOKE N PLAYGUN.
She’s enjoying being pampered and out of the rain, baby should be hitting the ground any day now! This foal will be available upon weaning in the fall, but if you are interested in being put on the waitlist for it message us and we can get you set up!
We will be breeding her to Docz Smart Shiner for a 2025 foal (filly🤞🏼)and cannot wait to see that cross!

The ground thawed out and was so nice to work horses in. Just in time for more rain and snow in the forecast, so we had to share picture proof before it turns into a nasty mess again! Trying not to complain too much because before we know it we’ll be having to put water to it to keep the dust down!

Love the way these brands turned out on these babies! Shane at Idaho Equine Hospital did an awesome job on them and we can’t thank him enough! (These were done in the spring, just now getting to posting pictures of them). Also, shoutout to Pittsburg Foundry for doing an awesome job making this iron for us! We've had this horse for two months and he is going home this weekend! Outlaw has been a lot of fun to work with he will surely be missed! 🤩

These two lesson kids had some big milestones yesterday! Gavin has just recently started riding Annie and yesterday he loped her for the first time! Once he got started he couldn’t stop! Annie is a mustang (just barely over a year out of the corrals) that Owen trained for a competition last year and she is doing amazing with her new family. We couldn’t be happier for them both! My next lesson kid went on her first trail ride and totally rocked it! We went up some hills and trotted the ditch banks! I’m so glad that I have amazing lesson kids that want to learn and work so hard to accomplish their goals!

Better and better everyday! These ponies have been doing awesome with the wind and rain. They all have been gaining more confidence in the arena and are becoming all around good horses.

Here’s some video of Goldie last week at Birt arena. This was her first time at Birt’s and first time in an arena since it has been so muddy at the house. As soon as she dialed in she remembered the basics and did awesome! 🤩

Goldie is coming along very nicely. Here is a little update on her! This is a little over a month and a half with this little filly.

Goldie has been doing great lately! She is really starting to figure out how to carry herself and she has such a bomb headset 🤩

Sunday fun day! Annie is two weeks away from the Mustang Mania Trainers Challenge and she is doing amazing! Come out and see Annie and Owen! The show is November 5th at Birt arena in Nampa. We will also be rehoming Annie after the event! 🤩

This past weekend we loaded up and went to the Fall Double Point show! We met up with a couple of our lesson kids there and they were so excited to be at their first big show and did awesome! We also took two of our young horses that have just been with us for a little while to get them exposure to everything at shows (kids, golf carts, loud speakers, tents, tons of horse traffic)! Both of these smart minded, athletic, little fillies are available if you are in the market for a horse!
