The color of the day is..... RED!!!

We are super excited to bring our red bell peppers and tomatoes to the market on Saturday. We will have them waiting for you at the Lakeline market this weekend. Texas Farmers' Market at Lakeline

As the yields increase we will bring them to our other markets as well.

We visited our farmer friends at Vermillion Farms today! Look 👀 at that Butterleaf Lettuce…it’s as big as your head!

The romaine and butterleaf are really doing great! We've got some baby tomatoes peeking out and the red bell peppers are poppin!!!

Vermillion Farms is at The Domain Farmers Market on Saturdays, 10am-2pm, with the most beautiful greens and lettuces that you have ever laid eyes on! 

They pick their lettuce is the morning of the market, so you cannot find lettuce fresher than that!

They sometimes have cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell pepper also that grow in their local Texas Greenhouse!

Come on out on Saturday to The Domain Farmers Market and stock up for the week on the freshest produce that is straight from the farm!

We are located in The Domain in front of iPic Domain on the green!

Job title: Farmers Market Booth Operator

Are you interested in the future of farming? We have an environmentally controlled vertical greenhouse in Coupland TX, and are looking for enthusiastic plant lovers to help us feed Central Texas! No experience required, Farmers Market experience a plus.

Good people skills, and a mid size SUV or larger vehicle are a must. Ability to lift 40 lbs and set up our booth independently are necessary.

Pay includes mileage, and free produce to take home after each market.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $170.00 per market. This approximately 7 hours of your time. Get to the Farm between 6:45 and 7:00am, return to the farm from the market between 1:45 and 2:00pm.

I love placing our head of butterleaf into a jar and setting it straight on the table. It makes for an awesome center piece, and it's eatable! The romaine works great for this too!

Never thought I'd pick a 5 gallon buck worth of shish*to peppers in a single day!!

Whats your favorite way of eating shish*tos?

I love to pan fry them with avocado oil and a pinch of salt. Then eat 'em like a snack!!
