We've returned to our roots in East Point, Louisiana, fondly known as God's Country. Alan started his training career over 30 years ago in our family barn, which still stands today. We've restored that barn and added a new 8-stall barn, with each stall opening to its own paddock. Our 120’x200’ lighted arena, filled with Red River bottom sand, is perfect for riding. For those seeking tranquility, our 90 acres of serene pastures offer peaceful trail riding, where the only sounds are horses neighing and cows mooing.
We've also built our home on the property. Alan has retired from the school system and is now training full-time, while also doing some cowboying on the side. This place has always been where Alan's heart belongs, and now East Point has captured Lori Shaw and Lexie Lee’s hearts too. We're incredibly grateful to be near Alan's parents. Pop serves as our riding coach, and Ann Shaw delights in cooking for us. We're thrilled to embark on this new chapter of our lives.
Thank you to everyone who prayed for us and helped make this move possible.

Valentine is the perfect horse for someone wanting to get started in the Open Show or Ranch Riding scene. She would also be great for a 4-H rider or youth rider. Big frame with very nice jog and extended trot and good legged at the lope or extended lope. Going over poles nicely. She will make an excellent All-Arounder to the right home.
