Looking for farm maintenance help. Approximately 5-8hrs/week. Flexible days/times. Things I need help with, on the horse farm, are (but not limited to): fence trimming and repairs, seasonal clean up (leaves, brush removal, mowing, ice, etc), and general repairs as they come up (broken gates, etc). Must be able to work independently and knowledge of light farm equipment helpful. Extra helpful and extra hours available if you have knowledge with equipment maintenance and farm equipment. As we also harvest hay in summer months. Happy to barter (board or riding lessons) or pay based on experience. Please message me if you would be good fit.

Fun day with our St. Patrick's Day Games on Sunday. Despite the wind, it was really fun. Thanks to all that came out for our first covid event. Also special thanks to all our volunteers and Kristine Mika for coming up with games and putting this event on. It went well and looking forward to hosting bigger ones later this year! Here is the placings (photo below). Our grand champions of the day were Mariah Repscher and Jesse Charron. Our reserve champions were Skylar Erdinc and Kate Macht. You will get your ribbons at your next lesson. If you don't have one scheduled, we will mail to you.

Super sad morning at Babcock hill this am. Lizzie gave birth to a still born filly. Vet thinks placenta broke while baby was still inside. Lizzie is very upset, but seems to be ok health wise. We will continue to monitor her temperature for a fever. Please keep Lizzie on your thoughts, and bare with us as we negotiate through this difficult time.

He is one one the most level headed, bravest youngsters I have had the opportunity to work with! Cannot say enough good things about this guy! Excellent on trails, great in ring, versatility, goes english or western, in your pocket personality, ground ties, excellent for vet and blacksmith, utd on everything, and just the cutest horse ever. He is gaited and has smooth steady gaits. He is beginner safe, but would recommend you work with a trainer unless advanced beginner up, due to his age. Priced mid 4 figures. For scoring In Hand, Novice, and Intermediate perfect score is 90, for beginner 80, and advanced 100. Trail Challenge, 10 check points + 2 bonus ones. Better scores above times for both.
