Great morning at Folly Farm today! Our "Hurricane" Katie Daoud gave BK BK Imports, LLCBK Imports, LLC LLC's Paco solid rides in the Adult Equitation. He is proving to be quite a quick study showing great improvement in adjusting his tremendous step! She also rode to champion in the Adult Hunters with Scofield as she has many times this season🤎

A 1.40m horse, a 1.20m horse, a racehorse, and a Brad went to a horse show at EWS today... Sweet Bradley and his Hannah won their NHS medal--braving the terrifying liverpool, Macenzie and her 1.20m jumper became an eq horse today and won the NEHC medal, Katie and the racehorse were reserve champion in the Adult Hunters, winning their 3rd o/f class, and BKI's newly imported Paco over-achieved in the 3ft equitation and hunters today, and figured out that not trying so hard isn't that bad🤣. So much fun as always, and these guys all take some pretty cute pictures💗

NEEC 2024
The courses were amazing (seriously), the horses were fabulous, the competition is always top notch and we just had a really GREAT time with best people and horses that we all love so much. Coming home with a few ribbons is just icing on the cake. Hannah and Dimacho made a come back after 6 years apart and laid down stunning trips scoring 87.33 in both rounds to finish third. Marykate Pestana joined us for her first indoor final laying down some solid trips! Katie Daoud kept us on our toes making her usual last minute decision on who she was going to show 😅this year she chose to ride the fabulous, “Yes Indeed”. She rode great and as usual, left the ring with a huge smile. Autumn and Brinley had their first indoors finals experience aboard Nantucket and Dimacho, both rode beautifully.
Special thanks to Kim and Erin for all of your help this weekend! Best of luck to those heading into round two! Until next year!

As always, a super fun one-day-fun-day at The Pines! Such a pleasure

Tessa & Raisin A Ruckus were adorable in their Pleasure Pony classes where Raisin got to show off all his lengthening and shortening skills!

Reese & Brighton You Bet I Will were Champion in the Short Stirrup Hunters, winning all their over fence classes!

Oksana & Raisin A Ruckus were Reserve Champion in the Pre Children's Eq in their second ever horse show!

And finally...Katie & Scofield sparkled in The Derby with scores of an 85 in the first round and 86 in the second! Luckily Stink waited until he was done horse showing to go to the bathroom this time💁‍♀️.

We completed a great weekend of showing at Folly today! Marley & Fitz qualified for CHJA finals, Heather & her Gibson continued coming together in the equitation ring, Tessa & Raisin got some good ribbons in their classes, and last but not least, Katie & Scofield and Reese & Brighton were champions in the Adult/Child Hunters and Short Stirrup Equitation!

It was a loooooooong, hot, and humid day at Westbrook yesterday, but our horses and riders were real troopers! Hannah & Brad were Champion in their eq division, and Kim & Flynn took reserve. Katie & Jess both piloted one of our new favorite horses, Richard, to some great placings in the equitation. Jess also achieved her goal and qualified for CHJA finals🎉. Brinley & Dimacho and Autumn & Nantucket showed what great partners they are and had some beautiful trips and blue ribbons. Marley & Fitz and Tess & Raisin are just great pairs to watch as they really enjoy and trust each other! Wouldn't want to do a 17 hour day with any other group🎉🙃

Great day at The Pines! Kim & Flynn won their CHJA, qualifying them for finals, Tessa & Raisin were Champion in their WTC Equitation division, Reese & Gonzo won an o/f class out of 8 in the Short Stirrup (a literal huge jump from the medium pony she's used to,) and Oksana made her horse show debut in the Pre-Children's with Raisin a Ruckus. Really wonderful to watch our next generation be so encouraging and helpful towards one another. This is what it's all about, folks!
