Also important reminder if your unable to keep your apt please make sure to let us know at least 48hrs ahead of time to allow us the time to refill. ‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION‼️
PLEASE, if your pet is not feeling well or you notice any changes prior to their scheduled grooming apt we kindly ask you to reschedule your apt. Kennel cough is on the rise again as it is every year at certain times. If you notice your pet coughing, clearing throat, acting like they are gonna vomit but nothing comes up, diarrhea, vomiting or any other symptoms we can not have them in the grooming salon. If your pet does have kennel cough we ask that they are atleast 18-21 days past treatment. Some dogs may show milder symptoms then others so please be vigilant in their behavior we dont want any under the weather pets in so this goes for any type of sickness. If they are under the weather keep them home until atleast 72 hrs symptom free of anything including virus,stomach bug etc. If any pets shows any symptoms we will refuse service until they have been cleared. Dogs in our care have very minimal interactions with each other an we do our best to sanitize to prevent anything however it's like the flu,covid for us no matter how cautious you are you can get it anywhere. We strongly recommend any pets to have all their shots such as Bordetella, an be on flea an tick prevention year round. Which brings me to the next topic. FLEAS! PLEASE PLEASE if you notice your pet scratching an itching more then usual please check them over prior to brining them in. We have very strict flea protocols an will still take your pet an treat them however we schedule them accordingly so we are able to treat immediately an away from all other pets. If we are unaware ahead of time it's puts other pets at risk which again is why we highly recommend your pet is kept on a preventive year round as fleas are year round. This includes all pets even if your pet doesnt go anywhere besides your yard they can still get them. If we find any fleas even just 1 your pet will be treated an you will be charged for treatment as well as cost to treat the shop we automatically treat the entire shop at end of day to be safe. Thank you for helping us keep your pet an other pets safe an healthy while with us!

Stop how cute is this puppy Tatum! He got his first intro to groomimg with a bath nails ears face feet sanitary! It's vital to any dog who is gonna require groomimg to start as young as 12 weeks old to desensitize them to the process an experience. We also recommend 4 weeks in between the first few sessions to help them adjust as well.

Hi everyone I just want to address a few safety protocols that we ask of you to keep not only you safe but the pets in our care safe as well.

1. Please NEVER open the front gate unless specifically asked to let your pet out if they are waiting up front for pick up/drop off. We know they are excited to get to you an promise we will let them out asap. You never know if another dog may escape the secondary gate an get out as well or if your pet isn't leashed they can possibly get out the front door if another client enters. An/or another dog could be coming in. It just opens the possibility of conflict an safety issue. It can happen in a split second.

2. PLEASE NEVER ASSUME ALL DOGS ARE FRIENDLY. DO NOT reach over the counter to pet the other dogs in our care. Again unless we say it's ok. Some dogs may seem very interested an be begging for your attention but then get nervous when strangers reach for them.

3. We will always let you know when your pet is ready. If for some reason you come in before we text for pick up. Please please do not try an get their attention to get them excited/distracted especially if they are still on the table. We know your just as happy to see them as they are you however Try to remain quiet an out of sight. We are working with sharp tools. This makes for a very dangerous situation with dogs trying to jump around an leap of the table to get to you. If you come in prior to your pet being finished an they become unsettled we will not be able to finish your pet for safety.

These are very simple things to ask an truly comes down to the most important thing SAFETY. We care about your pets just as much as you they are very much family to us an we cherish our bond we have with them an never want to have anything happen to you or them. Thank you for your understanding an compliance.
