Now this big kid has a dad to love him forever. 🐾❤️ Another happy tail!!!

Just look at the difference in the last two pictures. The first one is when he first came to us and the last one is a couple weeks before he was adopted.

Grateful for Our Pets’ Love This Thanksgiving! 🐾

As we gather to give thanks, let’s not forget our furry family members who bring so much joy into our lives. Keep them safe by avoiding table scraps like turkey bones and rich foods that can upset their tummies. Treat them to extra snuggles instead!

Wishing you and your pets a safe and happy Thanksgiving! 🍂

Up for adoption: Lucy

Back in the beginning of September my niece went to her friends 10 yr old birthday party. At that party a dog attacked the nursing kittens that were at the home and killed all the kittens but one... Lucy. However, she had to be pulled out of the dogs mouth. She was not able to walk after the attack. My neices mom took Lucy home with her to get her away from the situation and she eventually began to walk again after a week. I got her to the vet and got xrays. Her hip was dislocated and the femoral head bone was sitting out the hip joint but it healed like a FHO surgery had been done. She has been at the vet hospital since 9/20 and the veterinarian has been keeping an eye on the hip and she hasn't had any problems with it. She runs, plays and jumps with no signs of pain and acts like a normal kitten. Which is a blessing!🙏 Being what she has been through, she is a happy, spunky, outgoing girl with a motorboat of a purr machine and not afraid of dogs, surprisingly. She has had all her vaccines, spayed, dewormed and is Felv/FIV negative.

Now, Lucy is officially up for adoption!!!!!
Lucy is almost 4 pounds and will be 16 weeks old on 11/20. She would do best in a house with another cat. The vet did say she should NOT be an outdoor cat. There is an adoption application and rehoming fee and we will be very thorough in finding her the best furever home. Please contact Ross Animal Hospital to find out more about Lucy. 770-787-4899
