Chatsworth’s very own hometown hero — Ladd McConkey — UGA star and now LA Chargers Wide Receiver, has donated signed memorabilia to be raffled off at Woofstock 2025 this Sunday! 🎉🏈

THANK YOU doesn't begin to cover it! We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support our bake sale yesterday. Huge thanks to all the amazing folks who baked goodies, helped us sell, and made the day such a success! Thank you to Tractor Supply Co. for always supporting our fundraising efforts.

We were especially touched by a surprise visit from Murray alumni, Tiffany (now Millie)! It warms our hearts to see our former pups thriving in loving homes. Thank you for bringing her by to say hello and for continuing to support the animals still waiting for their forever families.

Your kindness keeps us going — and gives our animals hope.

Join us Saturday from 10am to 2pm at Tractor Supply in Chatsworth for a sweet way to support a great cause!

We did the baking so you can enjoy more time with your family—just swing by and pick from a delicious variety of homemade treats!

Every cookie, brownie, pie and cake helps us help the animals. We’re a volunteer-run, donation-reliant rescue, and we don’t receive government funding, (minus grants we apply for )and no, those Sarah McLachlan checks don’t come our way either!

Come out, grab some goodies, and make a difference for local pets in need!

Who remembers our Cover Page with our special boy Scooby. He's a senior who spent alot of time in the shelter before an amazing woman named Heidi vowed she would find a way to bring Scooby home. Her son was allergic to dogs and they needed to make sure it would work. She always kept in touch, telling us she was STILL trying!!! Well, she kept her word to Scooby! He is enjoying every minute he spends with his new family. Look at that face 😍. To say we are happy, is an understatement. THIS is what we want for EVERY dog and cat. ADOPT, ADOPT, ADOPT! These beautiful souls are so grateful for their chance to live a wonderful life. They just need YOU to bring them home. ❤️🙏🐾

🐾 Happy Update – Loving life! 👑 🐾

Our sweet shepherd mix, Happy, is healing wonderfully after his successful FHO surgery! He’s been relaxing, recovering, and enjoying life with his amazing foster family! 🐶💙

✨ Here’s what he’s been up to:

Loving short walks and long snuggles!

Making friends with cats and dogs🐱

Flipping on his back for belly rubs galore!

Snuggling deep under cozy blankets!

Soaking in the love and learning to enjoy life inside a cozy home!

Happy is still adjusting to home life, so patience and understanding will go a long way—but he is an absolute sweetheart and will make a wonderful, loyal companion for a loving family.
