We know it's a tough time of the year to be asking for donations but we are DESPERATE. YOU CAN MAKE A LIFE CHANGING DONATION BY CLICKING HERE: https://tinyurl.com/mrr3e64p When space has opened at the rescue and finances allowed, we have done our best to help Southern kill shelters by pulling dogs and puppies. These were animals would have been euthanized on cold, metal tables without EVER knowing love. The photos featured here are of some of the lives we were able to save.

We know rescues and shelters across the country are struggling so we try to help when it is possible. Unexpected medical bills and increased transportation fees have unfortunately tanked our available funds. We are asking you to consider donating any amount to keep us afloat. Parker and Porter are bonded brothers (as you can see by looking at their photo) looking for a foster or forever home together. They are 5 year old, male, Hound mixed breed dogs. They both do well on a leash and love to explore. They need a little time to warm up to new people but it’s nothing a few treats can’t fix. They just need someone willing to give them a chance. Their ideal home would on the quiet side without other dogs so they can decompress and adjust to life out of the shelter. They are going to be SO worth the effort. Litterbug is a 11 month old, male, Bulldog mix who has spent almost all of his young life in the shelter. Despite his sweet nature and bright personality, he’s STILL waiting for someone to give him a chance. Watching him grow up in a cage is truly heartbreaking. He is an intelligent pup and is eager to please. Whether it's exploring on walks, where his leash skills shine, or playing with his toys, Litterbugs curiosity and energy make him a joy to be around. Shutterbug is a 11 month-old, male, Bulldog mix who has spent FAR too long waiting for his chance at a forever home. STOP IN TO MEET HIM WEDNESDAY 3-7PM. It’s really hard to understand why this bright, affectionate pup is still in the shelter. Growing up in a cage is no life for any dog, especially one that loves people as much as Shutterbug. This clever boy is sharp, easily picks up new skills, and is eager to please. He’s a pro on a leash and loves exploring, making him a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys walks or outdoor adventures. While Shutterbug has shown he can be selective with some dogs, a few meet-and-greets can help ensure a smooth transition and a perfect fit if you have other dogs at home. Fully vaccinated, neutered, and ready for his happy ending, Shutterbug deserves a life beyond the shelter walls. They are both 4 year old, female, Domestic Short Hair cats. Autumn has a gorgeous Torti coat and Pumpkin has a beautiful orange coat and electric eyes. They can be a little shy initially but they are extremely sweet. They are settling in at the rescue and are coming out of their shell. Raspberry and Swirl stopped by Studio 10 WJAR for an interview in their search for a family to adopt them together. Their first time on camera went well but we think their newly found fame might be going to their head. These divas are demanding more treats and are asking for hourly updates on a forever home. What do you call an 80 pound lap dog? HUGO! Unfortunately, Hugo is back at the rescue and is looking for an immediate foster or forever home. WE REALLY NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK TO HELP US NETWORK THIS POOR GUY! He cannot sit in a cage for another long stretch of time. We don’t think he can handle the emotional and mental tress.
