CC got a bath today and is looking for her new forever home. I have had CC for several months to evaluate her temperment and find her a home. We know a bit about her past but not much. Her owner passed away and did not have a very stable life style. The family of the owner are not able to take CC , she is with me to keep her out of the dog shelters. People who know me well know I used to run a small dog rescue and did this very often and I will still occasionally have rescue dogs in my home. CC IS DOG SELECTIVE and is looking for a home with no other dogs. She has never shown aggression at my house or with my dogs but the owners family and the vets that have cared for her before I got her, say she has had incidences. She is a pure bred corgi which is a herding dog. She will chase my barn cats but has been fine with house cats that do not run. She has done well around my horses. She is kennel trained, good in the house and knows her basic commands. When in the yard she does like to bark at traffic (we don’t have a whole lot). Someone familiar with corgis or like herding breeds would be great. This sweet girl deserves her own couch to lounge on. She is amazing for grooming and her nails (some corgis are terrible with their feet). Please message me for more information.
