I popped into the Purple Cat Thriftstore yesterday. I saw a bunch of really cute kitties that need good homes. It felt like the caretakers may be a little overwhelmed. I'm hoping to help get some of these sweet cats adopted asap to help lighten their load.

Purple Cat Thriftstore/ Wild Feline Rescue 457 Vance Ave by the harbor. I think they are open Monday through Saturday 11:00 to 4:30, closed Friday.

You've got a friend in me, and Woody stands by his word! This gentle soul is Kingstons roommate at the moment but he is looking for a home of his own. Woody loves a lounge spot with a high vantage point to survey and take in the sights. Although he may seem a little scared his personality is revealed when the treat bag is on scene. Woody is a larger guy with more to love and all the free time in the world to cuddle. He can't wait to meet you.

Mr sweet face is looking for his forever home! Kingston is a handsome boy who loves treats, long lounge sessions with a view and will flop and show you his belly once he's comfortable.
Everyone thinks he has a Maine C**n look that comes wirh a gentle personality. He was rescued two months ago from a hoarding situation with 18 other cats and kittens. Needless to say he is a very social guy and will make a very lucky family his own. He is waiting for you! He deserves a home of his own. Please come meet him.

I wanted to thank all of our amazing volunteers from our Humane Society and Dogs of Del Norte County . We had an amazing appreciation dinner last night at the Elks Lodge. The lasagne was perfect, thank you Jamie. You are all very appreciated!
