Update! A passerby was able to catch him/her and they’re I think they’re taking the dog to the Johnstown Humane society. Running along the road by our Admiral Peary Hwy Location. We tried to catch her, but she’s playing keep a way. Appears to have an invisibility fence collar on. Please share so the owner can find her.

Be on the look out for one terrifying Mop. She escaped as I was trying to catch her. She is thin as a stick, with green hair. If anyones see’s her Call your local hardware store & DO NOT RETURN her. She’s been replaced with a dog friendly blue haired lady. 🤣
