For those who knew Brian, the family is requesting stories you may have of him to be made into a book of memories for Jenny and his children, Maverick and Scarlett. Stories of his childhood and/or adult adventures, archery, work…anything to keep his memory alive. Especially, stories of things you may think Jenny and the kids may not have even ever heard. Stories may be brought to the visitation at Dames on Sunday, or submitted here, through Facebook messenger. Please take the time. It would mean so much to them. ❤️

Please keep Doc, his family (especially his daughter Jenny and grandchildren), in your thoughts and prayers. Tragically, Jenny’s husband unexpectedly passed away Sunday. Due to this very difficult time, Doc may not be at the clinic as scheduled, due to his grief for his family, and his family being in need for him. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope you understand. The clinic will be available for medication refills, even if Doc is not.

This week, while other veterinarian offices are celebrating vet tech week, we’re celebrating ALL our employees. Why? Because they are all awesome! They are wonderful in helping take care of your pets, and need to be recognized for it. Thank you Adrianna, Ashleigh, Blanca, Deb, Dolores, Jackie, Kris, Lisa, Michele, Nikki and Taylor. This month has been Healthy Cat Month. Did you know cats are notorious at hiding illness? That’s why Doc recommends a yearly checkup for your cat (dogs too!). Looks like we’re heading into some very hot temperatures again. Be mindful of the dangers your pet may encounter during these times. Don’t walk or play strenuously with pets during peak times. Be sure sidewalks and asphalt don’t burn paws, and your pet has access to fresh water and shelter.
