Mountain Tails, Crested Butte's only pet boutique, has been serving both the local and tourist community for well over a decade. We are simply crazy about our animals and love to share that passion...right here in the majesty of CB! If you've never been to Crested Butte, you have a real treat in store (no pun intended)! Set among towering peaks, our beautiful (and historic) victorian town is deep
in the heart of the rocky mountains at close to 9000 feet above sea level. With wide open meadows to endless hiking and skiing opportunities in our vast mountain ranges, this is not only a dream come true for the outdoor enthusiast, but a true Shangri-La for our pets! At Mountain Tails we strive to provide the very best for our furry friends. Whether that be locally processed raw elk, eco-friendly toys or a custom upholstered bed that any human would be jealous of...we spoil our pets and aren't afraid to say so! We're always doing our best to keep our customers informed of all aspects of the pet industry in an ongoing effort to not only keep their animals happy, but also healthy. If we don't have something you're looking for, odds are we can get it pretty quickly and we love doing research on products that are new to us. Although we're located in the middle of the mountains we ship our products across the country (often times directly from the manufacturer)...so if you've been to our shop (or website) and love what we have, let us know and we can have it at your front door in no time.
