Remlap Labs Located in South West Iowa, licensed by the State of Iowa and Akc Certified. We raise all 3 colors a Our Labs come from American lines and Labs we have Imported.

Our pedigrees are from some of the best labs in the field and show conformation lines. We have sons and daughters from international champions and world champions.

I did a switch on dog food from Diamond to Victor. Diamond had treated me well for years but it seems in the last couple pallets I have seen stools from the puppies not to be consistent.
The mothers and puppies will get “Hi Pro Plus”with plans of keeping the pups on the same food for the first 2 years of their lives. All the other labs will be on “Performance”.
Going forward I have an agreement with our local Tractor Supply to always have enough 40lb bags put in the back room reserved for the new Remlap Lab puppy owners to purchase before heading home.

Pita is Pregnant!
You can just start to see the kids showing up, but very small yet and my guess is she is around day 25 so 38 days to go. My guess born around February 22nd with a go home date of around April 12th

Been getting alot of messages on what’s next?
Well the plan is Pita and Indy (sisters) out of Ava (American) and Thai ( English Import) are paired with Chance who is out of Ember and Barlee (American)
The outside temperature is a feels like zero, but inside the kennel it’s a cozy Labrador temperature of 60* which you can see by how the kids are panting might be a bit warm to their liking.

Oak turns 10 years old today 🎉🎁🎉.
She has the most mellow attitude I have ever seen in a Labrador with a very high food drive.

She is always very happy to see me when I come home and many times she will tell me with her voice.

I hope you feel very fortunate if you have 1 of her kids cause all of them were a blessing and some of the best looking pups to come from the group.

These 2 are Indy’s kids, exactly 1 year apart. Very well disciplined when it comes to getting their nightly apples.

Rio , Banks and I on a solo duck hunt today. The season has been unfavorably warm so far, but with a cold front next week it should get better.

Well the decision has been made!! Mia will be staying here. Laura has been working with her to learn proper behavior’s and started on her bird dog training.

This potty training method I have never seen done before. I am just guessing but the human mother to this Londyn and Chance kid will either love her training method or regret it.
