♥️ anyone need a new pup? 2 adoption fees waived!

Kacee Renee from Toto’s Grooming LLC stopped by and donated 2 bags of dog food for a sponsorship of 2 of our teenager pups.

So now 2 of our pups adoption fees have been completely waived for the month of March!

I just wanted to say thank you to all my current and future clients 💚 Y’all are amazing! We are a few months out from out 1 year anniversary and I’m so excited!

It always makes my day when a parent is happy at pickup! This sweet baby has some health challenges that we worked around today. She lost about 2 inches of hair and was much more spunky after her groom 🤍

Louie has come a long way! So proud of this pup! His very first groom he was so scared of everything! Every 3 weeks he comes to see me, and the progress we have made is great! He will let me almost dry him (not his head 😂), I can clip his nails with very little stress, and the actual grooming is finally starting to come along ♥️

DEAR AMAZING CLIENTS

My top priority will always be to provide you and your pets with the absolute best service and care possible.

In order to do this, I need to occasionally adjust my prices. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing me as your groomer!

Starting on January 9, I will be making some slight adjustments. While the grooming fees will remain the same at this time, there are a couple additional charges that will be added.

1) There will be an added 3% charge to all debit/credit card charges. This is to cover some of the processing fees I am charged.

2) A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any no-show appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

3) There I’ll also be a late pick up fee added.
When wrapping up with your pup, I contact you and give you a 20/30 minutes heads up giving you time to get here as we finish. If you can not make it by the time given, there will be a charge of $1 per minute past that 30 minute mark.
So if I text that you pups will be ready by 1:30, you will start being charged at 1:31 for late pick up.
If you need longer than 30 minutes to get here, please let me know at drop off and I can adjust the time I let you know that we are close to finished making sure you have adequate time to get back!
