Ladies and gentlemen please do be mindful of the time of your appointments. Granted we do live here as well, although we do not open our shop doors until 9am. Our employees come in at 830 to do prep and clean up for the day. As for Amy and I we would appreciate the respect of our own peace time. Business hours are posted for a purpose not a suggestion. If your appointment is at 10am then be here at 10am don't come at 8am thinking it is ok. I'm sorry no it's not. It is actually disrespectful and an invasion of our personal time.

I personally apologize for this rant but I have let this go on for too long and it has taken a very mental toll on me. Please be kind and mindful of others schedules and agendas not just your own

Due to extreme weather today please don't hesitate to reschedule. With this heavy storm it makes fur babies nervous and anxious. This increases the possibility of someone getting hurt by accident. Please think of your pet more than their vanity. Thank you and stay safe!!

Just an update- Will and I are on the road. Only 1,015 miles to go
They found a mass in my mom's stomach that's bleeding out. Dad is still hanging in there. Grooming and bathing is cancelled until at least Monday. Boarding is still available and being extremely well taken care of.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers and understanding. I just need to get there..

Will posted info about my father. He had a stroke and is 80% paralyzed on his right side. He also is showing a 75% blockage in his heart. He is still in the hospital, and we just got news that they've now removed my mother from his room and admitted her through the ER for chest pains and vomiting.
I'm leaving NY as fast as I can. Please just bare with us if we are slow to answer texts or calls, and I'm not all together sure how things will be for the first few days we are home. We will keep everyone informed, and hopefully if we have to reschedule any grooms, it will only be a few days time.

Ladies and gentlemen bare with us. Amy's father had a stroke and has been rushed to the hospital. Amy and I are still in New York at the Westminster kennel club dog show and won't be back until the 17th. We have a husband and wife team, our kennel manager, making visits to the kennel, taking care of things. Once we arrive back home please be advised that there may be some rescheduling until we can get life rebalanced. Thank you for all your support

The tub is complete! Now just need the stairs which will be in a few!

We are finally making some good progress! We have to be moved out of the old place no later than July 5th so we will be closed July 2nd- 4th for grooming. Boarders will still be accepted. After July 4th, you will bring your babies to the NEW address!! The new address is 434 W. Dogwood Ave., Defuniak Springs. Thank you all for your patience and understanding! We look forward to many happy years with you all at our new location!

My husband is so amazing you guys!! All the stress and craziness has flared my autoimmune up so while I'm dying over here, he is building my dream. That's what I call the BEST husband ever! Thank you hunny, I love you!❤️

Will and I have been sick with the flu for almost 2 weeks now. We do NOT have Covid!! We have both tested negative for that. We apologize for any reschedules, and believe me, I don't like looking like this on camera lol! We just don't want to make anyone sick!
