Hunter's Moon Labradors: home of outstanding hunting and athletic partners and beloved family companions.

We raise Labrador Retrievers from exceptional field and English Labrador bloodlines who will become outstanding field retrievers, dog sports athletes, and excellent family companions. We are currently in the process of continuing to show our breeding stock in different activities, including coursing ability, hunting tests and dock diving. We are planning to add other title activities in the future

, including CGC. Our goal is to breed great puppies for hunting and athletic homes that will also be cherished family companions when a great day of hunting, competing, or playing is over. Check back periodically for updates on our current activities! This page is also dedicated to posting information about topics of interest to dog owners, including nutritional, veterinary, holistic, training, and other information related to canines in general and labrador retrievers in specific.

Update: Grace had a great time and ran well today. She ran 100 yds in 9.38 seconds or just under 22 mph. Today we are off to Millersburg Oregon for a FastCAT trial with Grace💕💕. She has already earned some points towards a title and will earn more points today! Grace is very excited 😜

So we discovered that FCAT is probably not Raven’s thing. In 2 attempts she started well but got distracted and did not finish the course 😱. So we get to try and find another dog sport to try for her.
