This month, Jan. 2025, I moved into my 2-Bedrm 2-Bathrm apartment and I LOVE IT My apartment is quite spacious has modern appliances the rent is affordable I am a very new resident, but I look forward to forging acquaintances with my neighbors - whom so far have been friendly🫠 So, I highly recommend residing here at Waterfront Crossing Apartments.

Inspect bathrooms
Bathrooms are often the source of water damage. You can help prevent potential problems by checking for them before they occur.
Run water in unused bathrooms and check for leaks and damaged pipes.
Look for where moisture accumulates such as around the shower or tub, baseboards, and ceiling. Ensure that the exhaust fan is working properly and use it to remove excess moisture.
Inspect toilets, tubs, sinks, and showers for loose parts and areas in need of repair.
