rtney Tiedt, has spent her entire life involved with horses. What started as a childhood hobby, quickly developed into a passion that Courtney knew she wanted to make a career out of. At the age of 12, she starter her first working student position. Due to her small stature, she was assigned the task of tuning up and breaking the ponies. It didn't take long for her to realize her love for the "naughty" ones and that still holds true today. Though Courtney loves working with all horses, she really found her niche in working with the horses and ponies others found difficult. As the years have passed, Courtney has taken horses that others deemed "useless" or "too hot" and turned them into some of the best show and lesson horses a trainer or rider could ask for. Courtney has a tool box full of knowledge, but she knows that with horses, there is always something more to learn. She continues her learning by taking regular lessons and attending clinics with some of the best riders in the world including, Lauren Keiffer, Kyle Cater, Peter Atkins, and many more! RSH offers lessons on your horse or ours, as well as full and partial training. We offer "travel to you" lessons and training where we will come to your farm to teach or train your horse.
