We offer lessons, training, and sales for hunters, jumpers, dressage, and eventing. rtney Tiedt, has spent her entire life involved with horses. What started as a childhood hobby, quickly developed into a passion that Courtney knew she wanted to make a career out of. At the age of 12, she starter her first working student position. Due to her small stature, she was assigned the task of tuning up and breaking the ponies. It didn't take long for her to realize her love for the "naughty" ones and that still holds true today. Though Courtney loves working with all horses, she really found her niche in working with the horses and ponies others found difficult. As the years have passed, Courtney has taken horses that others deemed "useless" or "too hot" and turned them into some of the best show and lesson horses a trainer or rider could ask for. Courtney has a tool box full of knowledge, but she knows that with horses, there is always something more to learn. She continues her learning by taking regular lessons and attending clinics with some of the best riders in the world including, Lauren Keiffer, Kyle Cater, Peter Atkins, and many more! RSH offers lessons on your horse or ours, as well as full and partial training. We offer "travel to you" lessons and training where we will come to your farm to teach or train your horse. Baby Riot training update:

Today baby Riot had another refresher course in getting in the trailer. Walked in several times without hesitation! Then he got his first bath and was a complete champ! After bath and feeding baby Riot got to move to the big field to graze and run free! He of course did not run free and just ate grass immediately! 😂

Baby Riot training update:

So impressed with this little guy already! Today we learned to stand in the cross ties and be groomed as well as accepted fly spray like an old pro! We took advantage of the rain and the puddles and learned to walk through water! Our ground session in the arena consisted on basic showmanship skills like walking and trotting next to his handler. He picked up everything with ease! He sure is going to be a fun guy!

Make plans to attend our one-day Learn to Event show on Saturday, September 2nd at Percy Warner Park. Four divisions offered: Amoeba (in an enclosed area), Starter, Beginner Novice, and Novice. Entries will be open soon on StartBox. Stabling is available and on-site concessions will be available from Stones River Pony Club.
