Hey guys, due to an owners health, I may be getting a 1 year old Torin X Phryne female back. Im going to see her tomorrow and I will update. If you are interested in her please contact me by messenger or text me at 931-210-0135. My puppies are always welcome back home if ever there is a situation where their owners can not keep them. This is always home base for my babies and why i have them microchipped before they leave. if you are interested in shepherd puppy but not looking for the tiny puppy year again... this might be the girl for you. I will post pictures and temperament assessments after she arrives back home and meets the pack.

Jim and Callahans trip continued after a repair yesterday for their 900 mile cycling trip for jonahs joys in crossville, TN. Please feel free to share around so these buke shops get the attention they deserve and of course jonahs joy does as well

Revolutions cyclery. Big shout out. Brake issues on Callahans bike , Brennan got us rolling again in 20 minutes and Ginger gave me a beautiful alt shay route on Coast. Everyone is in the picture even there sweet "Wiley Coyote"

Hey guys looks like a big shepherd available at ahelter in saraland, alabama. I dont know anything about this dog but his description sounds like he could be an old style! Maybe someone would be interested that has heen waiting for an adult rehome from me??

My name is Grizzly, I am a German Shepherd and I am 4 years old. I am a BIG boy tipping the scales at 110 pounds but I am a gentle giant! Being an adult fella I prefer the company of calmer dogs no matter their size! I know to respect the space of an inside cat but I may enjoy the chase of an outside cat. But I respond very well to correction and would learn very quickly. I love toys and fetch is my favorite game! I am a pro when it comes to catching a ball!

I have lived my life inside. I am housebroken and very mindful of my size. I know my manners, sit, stay, backup and above all, I never jump on people! NO OUTSIDE ONLY HOMES FOR ME PLEASE, I wouldn’t be happy that way. I want to be part of the family. See my video in the comments!

Here is the article on jim and callahans fundraiser for jonahs joy. Jims health has been very poor so im kinda dreading this but its important for him to try and do something good for this project. This is a huge task that he took on before he knew he probably had lupus(awaiting diagnosis but positive ana and positive anti ds-dna test and classic symptoms). Some people have asked about how to donate specfically to this fundraiser. At jonahs joy website you can tag the donation for this event or on a check put for cycling fundraiser so money is specifically listed under this event. The goal is to have support vehicle, groups along the route to have booths/water/snacks/ etc next year. This will start at center for child exploitation in florida, go along the coast past jacksonville, then thru geogia and to the property where the house will be for jonahs joy. This is a huge undertaking but jim and callahan are determined to do this and i think its important that at almost 16 callahan learns the value of volunteer work and helping young women in need.

📋 Ingredients:

🍌 1 Ripe Banana
🥜 1/2 cup all natural Peanut Butter
🥛 1 cup Plain Natural Yogurt
🍯 1 teaspoon Honey

📝Instructions:
​
1️⃣ Heat the all-natural peanut butter up in the microwave or on a stove until it is easy to stir. 🔥
2️⃣ Mash the ripe banana in a bowl. 🍌
3️⃣ Mix in the plain yogurt. 🥛
4️⃣ Add honey to the banana and yogurt mixture. 🍯
5️⃣ Stir peanut butter into the mixture until everything is well combined. 🥜
6️⃣ Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer. ❄️
7️⃣ Let it sit in the freezer for at least 6 hours to chill. ⏰
