Meet our new rescue.

We need NAME SUGGESTIONS, we have tried Rosco, Rocco, Rocky, Frankie (newest) and nothing is sticking or sounds like THE name for him.

A little backstory:
This little guy has been on the run for weeks around our local store, skin and bones and terrified of everything. Multiple people, including us, have tried to catch him. Finally some awesome ladies at the store were able to trap him right before the freezing weather last week and brought him to us.
The first picture is when we first got him, the next few were the first couple of days and the last ones are from this week. It took him a few days to warm up to us, but we can officially say he has made nearly a complete 360 in personality. He gives us kisses, wags his tail, enjoys sleeping in the bed with us, has finally started playing with the other dogs and has already claimed myself as his own 😂 he has already put on several lbs, and is scheduled to be neutered January 2nd. We love him dearly already, and are so happy we got the chance to save him and teach him how to be a dog. Now we just need the perfect name for him 😫🙏

• Good Dog has started charging us, as well as buyers. Pricing will be different on Good dog to make up for the up charges. Unfortunately we can’t afford to leave Good Dog as it reaches an incredibly amount of people. If you purchase another way, pricing will be the same as our website 🤍 we hate we have to do this, but we are kind of stuck right now.

Golden Creek Farm is a quality miniature dachshund breeder. We are working to better the breed, and bring you the healthiest, happiest puppies. Our puppies are raised in our home and are considered part of the family.

We are finally back! Blackie Jo’s 2 males will be available very soon, which will be our last that will be ready to go this year!
Plum had 5 yesterday, which starts off our long line of mamas having babies in the next week. Can’t wait to see what our girls throw ❤️

Blackie Jo’s retirement litter 🥹

All males and the chocolate dapple will be staying with us to be our next sire ❤️
These are our last ones that will be ready to leave this year! I’ll be taking applications & deposits in about 5 weeks 🥰

These boys went to the same home, and have turned into such handsome pups 🥹
Their mom says : Both are so gorgeous - people comment all the time that they are the most gorgeous dachshunds they’ve ever seen!

Our puppy parents are some of our biggest advocates and we appreciate yall recommending us so much!

PUPDATE 💜

Olive have absolutely fit right in our family! Doing great and living her best life while improving ours!
She and our daughters Shih Tzu are inseparable.
Her only tick, is she gets car sick riding to the river cabin, hopeful this will surpass in time.

Thank you as always for sending updates, we love seeing them as they grow 💜

We might be a little quite the next few weeks, but don’t worry we are still here! Right now we are enjoying our free time with NO pups! We are also going to be busy preparing for November when we have 5 litters all due within a couple days of each other 🥴 we will definitely have our hands full, but can’t wait to see what is produced 😍❤️

Introducing Delilah 💜

Looks like Rae (now Delilah) is here to stay with us at the farm. We gave her a few weeks to find a home, but we still haven’t been able to which is very unusual. However, Brandon has wanted to keep her since she was born, so it was meant to be 💜
