So this happened last night in Kilpatrick AL. More tiny defenseless puppies dumped to fend for themselves. Thankfully a Good Samaritan found them and brought them to safety. It sure would be nice if someone would offer to foster these tiny pups.
Everything is provided. Foster families don’t pay a cent towards their care. All you have to

I’m picking up Lil Miss Princess today and her bill was actually $656 but Dr.P Parker cut me some slack because he quoted me at $450. It still wiped out our pay pal accountt as you can see in the picture I added or the invoice. Please if yiu can donate we can ise it. Any amouy Is helpful!

Lil Princess went in today for her FHO surgery. Now we have to ask for help once again because once we pay her bill, it will practically wipe us out financially! It is a necessary surgery because if it goes untreated, her bones will fuse together later in life and she won't be able to bend her leg, even just to walk. It will be painful and debilitating for her. We were quoted at around $450-$500 for the surgery.
With summer around the corner, we are needing to stock up on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Nobody has gotten anything from the pet food bank where we get donated dog food and supplies through the Greater Good Charities in months. That means we will have to use our funds now to buy dog food that usually goes towards vet bills and other supplies.
So if there is anyway you can help us keep our heads above water please donate.

UPDATE: So the two pups that were hospitalized are doing good. They have been alert, active, and waging their tails since they were admitted. This morning they are apparently a little hyper. They may try to introduce food either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. There was a little diarrhea in their kennel howeve.
The other 4 pups, that went to a foster home seem to be doing fine. Lets keep good thoughts, prayers and vibes that they keep going in the right direction.
The only problem with Monica and Phoebe's sister Rachel is that she is trying to be picky about her food. She eats anything and everything but her puppy food but with some wet puppy food and water mixed in she gobbles it right up.
I would like to Thank Carole M and Abby R for their generous donations. I think they will be coming home tomorrow or Monday as long as they keep showing improvements.

When it rains , it pours! Not only did we spend a few hundred $$'s on some semi feral cats, we have a pending surgery for one of our dogs that needs FHO surgery to the tune of $500.00. Now we have two puppies hospitalized. They were picked up out of a ditch and brought to foster 3 weeks and 2 days ago. They had 2 rounds of DA2PPv with the second round given on 01/28/25. Sadly they are testing positive for parvo but not showing any major symptoms. We have not had parvo at our home where they were fostering since March of 2022! We have no clue how they were exposed. There really is no telling. So we need donations. We can't do this without your help. Not too many people knew this but I had been on a mission for about 6 months to rescue & rehome TNR or find homes for some cats that took over my garage. The good news is that I was pretty successful and there are several happier cats now. 6 were spayed and neutered as well as fully vetted and tested (negative) and then traveled to the northeast to new homes, 3 remained allusive in my garage but I was able to gain their trust enough to gather them up and take them in to be spayed and neutered as well as given rabies vaccine. Two are now living in my home office and are very friendly cats!! WHO KNEW!!!? One of the three went to the owner with the agreement that he become an indoor cat. The other two have a rescue commitment up north but I won't be reimbursed. So I am looking for two sponsors to cover their bills.
The only reason I am asking is because I have a rescued Chihuahua mix that will be having FHO surgery the end of this month and the cost is $500. The cost of the cats cost me almost $200.
Please can two people sponsor the two cats that are going to another rescue? Pictures of the invoice and the two cats are below. The cost for spay/neuter & rabies vaccine for each cat I am asking donations for is highlighted in yellow.

UPDATE: Thank you to those that have ordered p*e pads and puppy food. That means so much to our rescue and the puppies thank you too!

Help us keep our new puppies safe and warm during these very cold days ahead. We will need to keep them inside so puppy training pads and dry puppy food is a must have. Thanks for you generosity in advanced.

Loki has come so far since he first came to Furever Friends of the South K-9 Rescue. He has gained a lot of confidence! He is so full of energy, and he is playful, silly, and an all around great pup.
However, Loki needs someone that can train him so he can be all that he can be! He is smart, inquisitive, attentive, and focused. We just don't have the resources or the knowledge to train his breed. If you have experience with Belgian Malinois's, and you are searching for your next companion, please reach out to us and we can talk about his likes, dislikes, his funny quirks and his needs.

After being rescued from a shelter 16 months ago, where Elmo, Oscar and their mother and 6 other sibling were set to be Euthanized, Elmo and Oscar once again watched as 6 of our other rescue dogs and 2 cats left for their forever home! This is so very sad because these two boys are so sweet and well behaved. I know they don't understand why everyone has left them and they never come back. They don't know why they are still here waiting for a forever home of their own!
Oscar and Elmo are great dogs that deserve a chance at a happy life too. No they are not Froo Froo dogs or designer breeds or ever Pure bred dogs, but why should that make a difference? They are well behaved in the house, sleep quietly inside at night crated, they love to play and rough house and love their doggie toys. Elmo especially loves his toys and will be seen quite often carrying one around the play yard , just looking for someone to play tug-o-war with him.
They are both house broke, leash trained and crate trained. They both love to snuggle with their people and sleep soundly next to you while you watch TV.
They have been on flea/tick/heartworm prevention since arriving in rescue. They have been neutered and brought up to date on vaccines. Oscar and Elmo will make anyone a great companion. They just need someone to notice them and give them a chance!

Today was the first adoption of 2025! Our beautiful, funny, sweet and mischievous Benji went home to Marietta GA today to live with his new mom and dad and a couple kitties to boot! Congratulations to Benji and his new family.

We are still in need of donations that are not dispersed through Face Book and PayPal Giving fund. It takes several days if not weeks before the monies are dispersed through these platforms. We have 38 dogs and puppies in our care and we are now feeding a dozen or more cats and would really like to get them spayed and neutered before they start to have litters. Please!!
