We pride ourselves in maintaining the minimum temperature for the shortest period of time while extracting and processing the honey. Our honey is strained (not filtered) in order to retain the maximum nutrients possible.

Swarm season .

Its nearing the end of our bee season here in Michigan. Going around picking up our hives and bringing them back to our holding yard were they will sit until we ship them out to California.

Just another day in the bee yards. Last harvest of 2018

The floor is all done. Now it's time to put our supers back up there after this years harvest.

Redoing the loft floor and so far it's looking good

Rob and l are here in Snelling California with about 10 million of our workers! That's 1224 hives. Today we identified dead hives and will return in January to feed and move there to the almond orchards for pollination.

It's not ideal to unload the bees mid day, but when the trucker is here it's time to work. Good thing Rob Oligney is on top of his game. He also unloaded another truck rifht after this one.
