Hi friends, I'm going to be blunt here. If you harvest an animal that you plan to get mounted....Please skin it and get the cape to me ASAP. I can return the antlers back to you to show off! Your skinned deer/bear whatever can hang for as long as your heart desires!

Bacteria grows quickly and it causes the hair to detach from the epidermal layer/follicle. Leaving you with hair slippage and a patchy looking deer on your wall or even worse an unmountable deer cape. I understand stuff happens, and if you're unable to get it to me in a timely manner, FREEZE the cape and head. A walk-in cooler, a "cold garage", ice stuffed in the cavity is not sufficient enough to stop bacteria. If you send your animal to a butcher please have them notify you as soon as its done or ask to please put the cape in a freezer. There's nothing worse than taking in a deer that's been hanging for 3,4,5 days and knowing the final result of your trophy wont be in prime condition. This is avoidable in most cases and it honestly just upsets me to see people put the work and time into harvesting an animal and yes paying alot of money for a mount, just to have this happen.

Hi everybody, I just wanted to update everyone on the deer mounts if you dropped off a deer/bear this past hunting season. Im starting to hear from the tannery's that my deer hides are up next to be tanned. Still shooting to get them back in July....Alot of places are still suffering from back log due to "the vid." Supply companies are also raising prices due to economic reasons, which we are all aware of. As hides trickle in, I will work on them in the order I received them.

With this being said, if I still haven't received a deposit, please try to get them to me ASAP. It's what I order your mount supplies with. I'd also like to add some things take longer to arrive, if I finish a piece before someone else's, it's because I'm trying to keep up work with what I have. I'll update each of you as I start your mounts.

This summer will be a busy one and I've said it a million times, I'm still in shock(and extremely grateful) at how many people reached out to me and are trusting me to work on their trophies! I've met so many awesome people and have made so many great connections. Thank you, all of you for your patience, and for making this business take off as quickly as it did!

Remember turkey hunters...the better shape your bird is in, the better the mount! (Same goes for any trophy)
This means no stomping on heads or shoving it in the back of your vest, etc..
