We are moving to a new location!!
Dr. LaMere will still be seeing your pets full time at the new hospital.
On November 30, 2023, Your Hometown Animal Hospital will be merging with Animal Medical Center of Hebron! We will certainly miss practicing in our current Crown Point location but are excited to start this new chapter and continue serving the community alongside our friends at Animal Medical Center of Hebron. We understand this period of change can be difficult; however, this move will give us more space to grow and allow us to help more of your pets.
1. Effective 11/30/23, we’ll be relocating to their facility on at 638 N Main St., Hebron, IN 46341. If you have an appointment scheduled with us on or after November 30th, make sure you arrive at the new location!
2. Our operating hours will be as follows beginning 11/30/23:
Mon - Fri: 8 AM – 6 PM
Sat: 8 AM - 12 PM
Sun: Closed
3. If you need to contact us after we move, we will be available at Animal Medical Center of Hebron at (219) 996-8387 or [email protected]. If you need further information, please see animalmedicalcenterofhebron.com.
