My constant little shadow while I finish up my evening chores. Usually, I have 3 more shadows but the older dogs were still eating their dinner. Izla is growing into such a great companion. I never trained her to follow me, she’s always done it since the day we got her. You’ll notice every time I stop, she’ll stop and just stare at me like “what are we doing now?” 😂
This one of the biggest reasons we love DDR/East GSDs. Yes, they are working dogs BUT above that (in my opinion) their desire for companionship pushes them to find a job that pleases their people. Whether it be protection work, agility, playing fetch or following us around the house 😅 - they make it their job and they take it very seriously.
