We’re so happy for Francis. She was brought in as a stray, with a sore on the side of her head. After her stray hold was up, and meds completed she went home!
The FINDERS are now her FAMILY!
She picked them 💕

Elroy is a good boy. He potties when he’s taken outside. He can clean crumbs up off the floor faster than a vacuum! He loves to play, and run next to friends in the dog pen. We are working on his leash walking. He loves to pull when he sees a friend. Some dogs can look intimidating, Elroy can be one of those pups. Don’t let his strong presence fool you! He can gently take a treat, and I’m sure his dreams are filled with naps and snuggles. Are you looking for a buddy? Are you cat free home? Due to his lack of manners, older children only!

Once approved we will schedule an appointment for your family (including any canine members) to come and meet our adoptable cuties! If you’re unsure who would be a good fit, we can help with that!

Please remember: most of our dogs came to us as strays. We do not know their history. We do know how they’ve been since we’ve been taking care of them. If we know specifics (good with cats etc) it will be noted. We are very honest with our observations, we want each pup to have a successful adoption and the right home for them to THRIVE in.

While fishing in the cat room we caught a 16 pounder!
This is Kiwi. He’s 2 years old, and was relinquished due to being a stow away in a pet free apartment.
He’s new here, we’re getting to know him. He previous owners say that he’s can be scared of new people. He has warmed up to our staff and volunteers already!
We do not know how he is with other cats.

IT HAPPENED!
After 190ish days our handsome boys went home TOGETHER!!!!

Divi and Dutch are here! These Black Mouth Cur’s (mix?) are 1 1/2 years old. They love to run and play, and very sweet too! They walk well on a leash, potty outside and are very friendly! When they came to us they tested positive for anaplasmosis and Lyme disease (tick borne disease) and are on antibiotics. Divi and Dutch are doing well, and should be just fine once through with their medication. They definitely haven’t slowed down! Come meet these cuties!
