So, I have containers out to collect some rain water. Clean containers, set out under open sky. No trees nearby, or anything that could drip down into them. No wind. In 7 cups of rain water, these are the particles pulled down from the sky.

While sub zero temps are not ideal, seeing a rare sundog yesterday was pretty amazing! An ice halo around the sun was seen here in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I love seeing all the beautiful photos capturing the event 🌈🌞❄
