Is your dog still loving the snow, but you’re over it this winter? ❄️❄️
We’re happy to get your pup outside in the snow so you don’t have to. Let’s be honest: we live in Minnesota, so we may still have another two months of snow. 😐 And your pup may as well enjoy it even if you don’t. Check out the links in our bio to get started with us.

Hiring a pet sitter for your pets?
Here are five important questions to ask your pet sitter:
🐶 Are you insured and bonded? Pet sitters should have insurance and bonding in case something happens to your pets or your home.
😸What is your emergency plan? Illness, car crash, family emergency, bad weather… pet sitters should have a back-up plan in case something happens to them.
🐰 Do you have references? Pet sitters should be able to offer references or reviews from previous clients.
🐦 How long have you been in business? Pet sitters should have years of experience.
🐠 How will I know you visited my pets? Pet sitters should have a plan for communicating to you about their visits. Do they send photos or videos after each visit? Do they use GPS to track their visits?
Pet sitters have an important duty of caring for your family members, so be sure to carefully vet who is taking care of your pets.
Hey! 👋🏻
When we’re out walking dogs, we practice having the dogs check in with us. We do this first when there are no distractions around, so the dogs get used to looking at us when we say their name. We reward them with either praise, pets, or treats when they check in with us.
That way when we do come across distractions—something in the road they want to pick up, another dog or person approaching, crossing a busy street—they know to keep their focus on us when we check in with them.
Checking in with the dogs we walk is a quick and easy way to build rapport with our pups and to maintain control as we’re walking. 🐶🐶
