Well the specialist told me I wasn’t ever going to heal, but form scar tissue and I could return to whatever when I thought I could hold up to it. My strength is limited and I feel like I’ve gotten very weak but The plan is to take one more week off and I’m gunna start scheduling out a couple trims each day and see how well I hold, we can go from there… hope everyone e has a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

#2 of therapeutics today… finally after 5 months of wedges, wedge pads, broke over knees, bowed tendons, you can almost name it. I run it on this guy, I finally got his angles back right and able to be in a regular sx8 (I sure hope I did the right thing😅)
