These past few months have been busy with yearling training, c**t starting, and breaking some horses that weren’t broke when they were young. So many of these have graduated, whether that was broke under saddle or them gaining the foundational manners that a youngster should have. With them going home, we have more spots opening for training board. I also offer local offsite training, such as for those that have trailering issues 😉

Trip is kid approved and handy enough for a knowledgeable adult to still have fun on 🤠 Trip has participated in a lesson program and has miles of trails on his resume, he’s even confident enough to lead the group. Trip has not been pushed extensively towards any specific discipline, but we could really see him excelling in ranch classes or being your go to gelding on the farm!
Trip wears front shoes due to trail riding on tough terrain. He has no other maintenance.

Bruce Banner, “Jax”
APHA registered, 11 y/o 15.2h gelding

Jax had a successful show career as a halter horse and then was broke to be a riding horse, exceptionally well too! Jax has *all* of the buttons, but thoroughly enjoys work out of the ring. He’s patient, forgiving, and honest. He is genuinely the same horse every time you get on him, whether that’s straight out of the field having not been ridden in a month OR ridden 6 days a week. Jax has no intent on going anywhere quickly, he takes his time and is sure-footed. We haven’t found anything that’ll spook this guy… we mean literally anything. He has a calm demeanor and is just happy to be included.
Now for Jax’s favorite part- he trail rides out alone or in a group- follows or guides. The perfect husband horse on the trail. Jax has worked cows and was unfazed.
He is sound with no maintenance, happy in a stall or turned out.
Jax’s owners regretfully have to list him for sale, as their daughter is taking on jumping and well… Jax is built like a brick house and has no intent on switching disciplines.

November still has openings for training board! Scheduling for December is also open.

Let’s get your c**ts started or horses tuned up!
We still have a couple of open stalls available for training onsite with groundwork or riding daily. Slim availability for offsite training (depending on distance).
PLENTY OF AVAILABILITY FOR HAULING- local or long distance! Trailer/loading training as well.

P.S. Check out how well Grant has come along! He attended his first jumper show last weekend and surpassed all expectations- can’t wait for his next show!

It’s been a busy month! From c**t starting, to sale prep for client horses, to getting the youngsters show experience. Not to mention the usual tune ups, desensitizing, and building the horses confidence outside of the ring.
