**Exciting News for Our Pet Parents!** 🐾

We know life can get busy, and sometimes finding time for your pet’s appointment can be a challenge. That’s why we’re introducing **Prompt Care** – a convenient new service available every Thursday! You can drop off your pet in the morning, and Dr. Fielding will take care of the exam, any needed vaccines, and services during the day.

Once the exam is complete, Dr. Fielding will call you with her findings or results, and you can pick up your furry family member later that same day!

We’re here to make keeping your pets healthy as easy as possible! 🐶🐱

We will be closed Friday, 1/10/25, through Monday, 1/13/25, as we complete the final steps of switching to our new and improved software. This upgrade will help us provide even better care for your pets and a smoother experience for you!

We’ll reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, 1/14/25, and we can’t wait to see you then.

We’re upgrading to **new and improved software** to make your visits with us even smoother and more enjoyable! 🐾💻 This means faster service, better care, and an overall paw-sitive experience for you and your furry friends. 🐕🐈

To get everything ready, we’ll be adjusting our hours on the following dates for training:

📅 **Training Closures** (12 PM to 2 PM):
- 12/12/24
- 12/16/24
- 1/2/25
- 1/9/25

📅 **Go-Live Preparations**:
- 1/13/25: Closed all day
- 1/14/25: Open **2 PM to 5 PM**

Abbott Valley turns 30 today, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate this milestone with you!
