Show team lessons tonight! It went from scorching hot to raining.. so it was a little crazy but we managed to get some good practice in before it started really thundering and lightening.

AND Walter got to participate with his girl Adeline.. I think he was excited.

Before the lesson Walter was just hanging out with Kelsey while she was crafting. ❤️

Update! I just realized this never posted from Instagram last night.

Walter thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers!

I came into the barn last night to a horse that looked at me and said where is my dinner?! 🙌🏻

After getting his saltwater mouth rinse, and more electrolytes syringed into him he went out and grazed more… came in and went straight to his dinner! 🙏🏻 and decided to show his fan club he’s ok!

Thankful I get another day of spoiling him.

Walter has had a rough couple days… please send all your good thoughts and prayers his way!

Having older horses is tough.. esp ones that mean SO much to so many.

I noticed the other night he wasn’t eating dinner- VERY strange for this boy. I jumped right into action on checking vitals and ruling things out.. hard part is everything checked out normal until I opened his mouth- whew the smell. I touched base with the dentist we used and he agreed to come by the next day. Yesterday a friend came over and we agreed his mouth was def bothering him.. well the dentist came and found a loose rotting tooth in his mouth. Needless to say the tooth fairy came for Walter!

But he is still having a hard time wanting to eat-one of our boarders cooked him carrots this morning and I was literally syringing them into his mouth. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ he did decide grass tastes good this morning so I am hopeful things are moving in the right direction.

Cause 10pm nights at the barn worried about him have me 😴😴

Every kid deserves to learn to ride on a horse like Walter.

2nd lesson, 4 years old, riding independently on the rail with the best equine teacher there is.

He’s getting older and not teaching many big kids anymore but secretly I think he LOVES the little ones as much as I do!

Ladies night Luau style! 23 women attended!!

It was a great evening! New friendships, TONs of laughing, horse therapy(and cat 🤣), great food, and fun!

My heart is happy! Looking at how far this dream has come and it’s not done yet!

Our TN state open Walkingbred Champion had his post show spa day with a tail wash, conditioning treatment and massage!

CE is looking for some help 😄 This is not a monetary earning position! But more of a work to earn riding time, lessons, horse therapy, and gain experience! Get rewarded for your hard work!

🐴Looking for help 3x a week cleaning stalls and doing various barn tasks. You don’t have to work all 3 days. But consistency is required.
🐴2-3 day a week morning horse help. Kind of similar to a working student but different. Needs to have horse experience- riding experience( if you want to help work horses).

Both positions can either work off lessons or extra ride time. You must ride with me before I will allow you to ride outside of a lesson. AND you must show up! I don’t have time for people who don’t want to really work. *these are not trainer positions*

Horse experience preferred but not required for both positions. I can train. Parents- if you don’t want to ride- your child can!

🐴Let them grow up to be horse kids! 🐴

We have a couple openings for morning lessons or afternoon 30 min lessons! Also have 1 after school at 4pm on Thursday open!

✨30 min lessons are geared toward riders 6 and under. It’s a great way to introduce horseback riding! ($40 per lesson)

✨ 1 hour lessons are geared toward ages 7+, beginner to advanced riders. We accept riders who want to compete and those who just want to enjoy the sport of horseback riding. Adults also! ($55 per lesson)

✨All lessons start by being taught privately, so the rider gets the individualized attention from the instructor. Group lessons are no larger than 3-4 riders all at the same skill level.

✨CE operates on a monthly tuition plan, rates listed are those included in the monthly rate if you take the designated amount of lessons per month. Rates increase if lessons are done less than 2x a month. All lessons are focused on learning the proper equitation, riding fundamentals, riding etiquette, and safe horsemanship(horse handling) taught by skilled trained instructors in a licensed facility.

A peek inside what I love! Training horses isn’t easy. Gigi, is our first homegrown baby that we have bred, raised, trained and now shown. At 4 years old we are thrilled with her brain and abilities, but the rider mounting started becoming an issue.
