horrible day! The father of this kitten was Lucifer and Lucifer got out got out and attacked last week by wild animal dog? ferral cat? raccoon? his attacker went for his lower belly. Lucifer had three surgeries week of January 3. THIS IS WHY BREEDER KEEP THE BEST FOR OURSELVES! never say nothing will happen eventually it does and when it does it is horrible! Lucifer cannot be replaced. The lineage is completely lost. Keeping the best kittens from each litter ensures we can continue to breed the BEST kittens for customers! Lucifer is now a girl. His surgery made him a girl. He will be isolated in a huge sterile cage to the best of my ability until he heals. Thankfully my vet of over 40 yrs advise me and i follow their lead after all i am not a vet. Lucifer is now retired. This changes the house dynamics. We will see how it goes. Lucifers lineage goes back to Cattery Formula. Lucifer is son to Cattery Formula Alf. I NEVER had any problems with those siberian lines. Alot of siberian cats sold from Europe (unless they are or have been show breeders) they come with baggage! I do have a KING OF HEARTS up my sleeve. Although Lucifer is a loss I have Jerry almost lavender neva masquerade certainly showable. He sires all my litters in 2025.

A day in the life of a professional breeder. Today. Drove to Vet picked up Jack Sparrow (altered), took Jerry in for his first time yearly physical. (Jerry did good), left vet office return home. Expecting cell phone call from my vet regarding Lucifer.
My beautiful Lucifer got out of the house and was attacked by a animal. Will be his 3rd surgery. Lesson. Always keep a kitten from your first breeding not your last litter. You never know what is going to happen. Customers have to realize that the breeder/owner takes the best kitten out of a litter for the breeding program. If i ever get him home Lucifer will be altered and be a house pet.
I never kept a kitten from him. He is my one and only seal pointed. Tough break.

Starfish a neva masquerade pointed siberian attended cat show saturday 25. Today very few hypo-allergy siberians available which make them rare. Many consumers interesested in blue eye white cats have made ragdolls more popular. People don't even know that Siberians with blue eyes and white exist! Siberians are alot of value for the buck. 1. They have blue eyes and comes bi-color or pointed. Two types of siberians - the traditional solid color with pattern and neva masquerade blue eyes pointed. The breed is excellent for people with cat allergies. The genetic testing for a siberian is very expensive. Where as ragdoll breeders pay $40.00 for a cheek swab genetic test for heart disease hcm. While Siberians actually see a cardiologist! Heart of Gold Siberian Cats have a local cardiologist who take care of the cats in my cattery. Blue ridge beef kitten grind recall January 4. I reported finding a pocket of maggots in my log of blue ridge beef kitten grind. I reported to Georgia Dept Agriculture, Hollywood feed and Blue Ridge. Never again will I feed raw food diet.

2025 I would like to see Coco bred to new stud Jerry. If your looking for a breeding kitten this would be your litter. I am not accepting any deposits for pet kittens. After coco i want to breed I have to breed Starfish to Jerry. Because Timmons is her father. Later in the year breed Pussywillow to Jerry (fall). As you can see i don't have alot of cats don't want alot of cats don't want alot of litters. This is just my hobby.

Heart of Gold Pussywillow was suppose to be shown January 25,26 BUT here is the story. I have a 2nd level enclosed deck all windows i keep cool for the cats to grow coat. I moved her to first level gas headed kitten pickup room and left her during holidays never suspecting she would get matted. My cats never matt very seldom. But going to show was spontaneous my bad. She matted under her neck. I was busy and no excuse. I combed out her ruff and will take her in march 2025. Meanwhile I substituted Starfish for the January 25,26 show. Pussywillow is bigger, fluffier, better head. But i have established type so.. maybe it won't matter.

Timmy is my blue/white neva masquerade stud cat. He lives in a 10X10 toughshed building with three windows, electric HVAC system and doggie door to a run where he has a little deck he sits on. I run expensive AC and Heat for this guy and he sits outside is 29 degree weather! Trust me a siberian will get alot of coat when he has the opportunity to experience a outside catio. january 3 Timmy is one big puff ball. Great stud. A KEEPER!
