We had 194 humans, 115 guinea pigs, and raised $6,975 for local rescue operations at our Cupertino event - wow!! Thank you so much for all of your support!

We had so much fun at our Cupertino Pignic event on Saturday! Thank you to everyone who supported – from sharing our posts, to donating to the raffle, volunteering at the event, or showing up and spending your day with us.

We had our biggest event ever! Here are our stats for the day:
👩🏽194 humans
🐹115 guinea pigs
💓6 piggy adoptions
💚$6,975 raised in support of local rescue operations! Wow!

Thank you for supporting and .guineapigrescue and small animal rescue operations in and around the Bay Area.

We hope you enjoyed the changes to the raffle, our game play courtesy of Piggy Boop, Boredom Busters courtesy of and Andy’s Pet Shop, and of course our fun contests. And we hope you enjoyed the merch, including cute products by who flew in all the way from Netherlands to party with us!

So much goes into planning and hosting this event, and we couldn’t do it without our amazing volunteers including the teams at .vet and Dr. Mollie from Groveway Veterinary Hospital, and our RVT volunteers.

We can't wait to see you today at Pignic!

We have some awesome volunteers who will be grilling hamburgers and veggie burgers - stop by and grab your lunch of burger, chips and drink for $10. All proceeds benefit Little Hearts Rescue

We will also have a few snacks at our bake sale / merch table including our famous guinea pig cookie army! Stop by and see if you can find your piggy in the mix

The event is 10-2 at Portal Park in Cupertino. Online registration has closed, but walk-ins are welcome and we can't wait to see you there!
