We love living out in the country as much as our dogs do. Being small breeders, 1-2 litters per year, we are able to focus on our dogs working ability and temperament as much as anything else. ally Want A Border Collie?? Here are a couple of things to consider before you decide to get one of these spit fire balls of fur! The border collie is a mix of mental and physical energy ready to take on the world! Yes, they are one of the most intelligent and obedient of breeds, but can be a wreck of a house dog if it is not given a challenging job every day. Given plenty of exercise, it is a dependable and loving companion. If you cannot spend a large amount of time training and exercising your BC, both physically and mentally – then don't get a Border Collie.
