We love our Arabs here at KVE and when we come across some that need a gentle helping hand in life, we have a hard time saying no. Both of these HA were owner surrendered and have been in our care the last year getting ready for their future homes. Bayo:

Sweet, big eyed registered 22yo, 15.1hh bay gelding who will capture your heart and teach you the joys of riding.

Goes both western and english hunt and dressage, more whoa then go. If you want a fun uncomplicated ride, Bayo is it! He was shown extensively on the Arab circuit through 2019. His perfect partner is Advanced Beginner or intermediate rider looking for western/english pleasure, and dressage. Would be great for 4H, or an adult amateur looking to get into showing pleasure or dressage. Not suitable for little kids as he needs a rider to help him stay focused at times. Has been a few group trail rides and seems to enjoy them. Barefoot and easy keeper. Recently diagnosed with Cushings, will come with his daily medications. This boy still has a lot to teach someone deserves to be loved on. ❤️

Allie:

Fancy, sassy pinto mare that is a blast to ride. Allie is 18yo and 15hh. Ride her western or english, either way, her gaits as as smooth as glass. Allie was breed to be flashy and high spirited and she is both! Would make a fun dressage or western dressage mount for an experienced rider. Knows her leg yeilds and her flying changes. Currently barefoot and great for the farrier, she ties, bathes and plays nice in a herd. Allie has found her way back to us due to her owners health issues and no longer being able to care for her. She has been in consistent work getting a tune of the last 6 months and is ready for her own person!

Lovable, fun and gorgeous, this sweet gelding deserves his own person! Meet "Mario" (RC Mahrouss by GH Markain) affectionately also called "Fabio" a 7 year old purebred registered Arabian standing at 16hh.

Undoubtedly a barn favorite, Mario is kind and social with just the right amount of goofball! Extensively shown in hand as a Jr and holds a National Championship title and multiple Top 10s. Mario is just a pleasure to be around and ride. Ridden both western and english W/T/C as well as on trails. Currently being ridden predominantly dressge and would make a wonderful lower level armature mount. Could also be gorgeous hunter or western pleasure. Fun guy, who just needs more consistency then what we can currently offer due to too many youngsters to work. He would thrive with the love, attention and consistency of his own person. He is a total LOVEBUG, not to mention a ticklish goof! If you want a horse that wants to be with you - touching you and trying to crawl in you lap....Mario is your sweet man!

Currently not ideal for youth as he needs a bit more consistency in rythem and balance (due to my lack of time for him, not his fault). BUT in time this sweet boy would be a gem for anyone with his kind demeanor. Load/hauls, ties, crossties, clips, and bathes. Up to date on vaccines, deworming, teeth float (11/22) and farrier. Currently in front shoes with a wedge pad. Gets along great with other horses (tends to be lower in the herd), currently stalled at night and in the pasture with other horses during the day. Who doesn't want a Barbie Dream Horse!?!?!

As hard as it is for me to say this, this sweet girl is looking for her person. LJ Sadakat Moon or "Malibu" is a GORGEOUS 10 year old Registered Half Arabian x Half Quarter Horse mare. Standing at 15hh this girl has it all; beauty, brains and athletic ability to boot!

Malibu spent the first 6 years of her life in Idaho and secessfully competed in LD endurance rides. She spent the next few years as a pleasure trail horse and now the last year doing it all! She has been ridden western and english; been camping in the mountains, exposed to cows, shown dressage, english pleasure, western pleasure and Working Equitation as well as gallavanting on the beach. She is a fun ride W/T/C, and can leg yield, shoulder in, hauches in, sidepass and do her forhand and haunch turns. Bathes, clips, ties and loads/hauls wonderfully. She is currently barefoot and has great feet. Up to date on her vaccines, deworming and teeth float. She gets along great with other horses (middle of the pecking order) and is currently stalled at night and out in the field with other horses during the day.

She can be as sweet as pie, and will run up from the bottom of the field to meet you and snuggle. Loves to be groomed and loved on. Malibu has lot of energy and can go for days. Due to her energy and sensitivity she needs an experienced rider, she is not suitable for kids at this time. She can get hot and sassy and needs someone who enjoys a little spice and can calmy redirect her. With that being said, in the right hands, the sky is the limit with this girl! She has the talent to be finished almost any direction. I personally think she would really excel in working western (Reining/Ranch Riding) events or could return to the competitive trail world. 🍑 Peaches 🍑

Miss Peaches is as sweet as they come! She is a 13yo registered Chestnut Arabian mare standing 15hh. For a purebred Arab, this girl is a tank! She was trail ridden all summer and is brave and willing in whatever we throw at her; water crossings, bridges, beach waves you name it, she'll try it! Currently we are walk/trotting her in the arena and she is a pleasure to work with and a super smooth ride. Although she is sweet and easy to work with, she will need an experienced rider capable of continuing her training. Very soft and willing, she could be finished in any direction. Very safe under saddle, but just limited formal arena training. Has had one filly and could be a great addition to a breeding program as well. She clips, bathes, loads and ties easily. SCOTTY

If your looking for a flashy, fun, all round guy, look no further! Scotchgard G is a 17yo 15.3hh registered Half Paint Half Arabian Gelding. This guy has done Showmanship, English, Dressage, Jumping, Western, and TONS of trails! Ride in a snaffle or a curb. Knows his forehand and haunch turns, side passes, leg yields and flying changes! We currently have him cruising over small courses and he LOVES it! He spent most of the summer camping and trail riding and goes over bridges and enjoys water and water crossings. He has done local schooling and dressage shows and always catches eyes with his big movement and bold color.

Soctty has a lot of training and “buttons” but can be emotionally needy and sometimes insecure, therefore he needs a confident and kind rider to bring out his full potential. He can be herd bound at times which manifests as jigging and calling for buddies. He thrives when he has one rider he can bond with and together they could accomplish anything! He was leased out to a confident 14yo this last year and they were a wonderful pair.

Scotty is currently barefoot and has wonderful hard feet. He is up to date on teeth floating, vaccinations and deworming. If you are looking for a horse to do everything with and create a lasting partnership, Scotty is your guy!

Chessa

Dana Francesca or "Chessa" is a sweet kind 19yo purebred bay Arabian mare standing at 15.1hh looking for someone to call her own. With her classic head and dreamy forelock and mane combined with her loving personality Chessa is one of those horses once you meet you will not forget. She is a SUPER smooth and easy ride in all three gaits. You even think the gait and she will do it for you. Can be shy about new things and needs a soft confidant rider to bring out her full potential. Chessa also seems to really enjoy riding outside was calm and willing to walk through water and over bridges. I think she would really excell and love trail obstacles or working Equitation (check out the video of a 13yo youth rider taking her through our homemade "obstacle couse for the first time!)

Chessa was professionally trained WP as a youngster and then spent most of her life as a momma making GORGUOS babies. We purchased her in August of 2020, and she has been in consistent work (working on that baby belly) and ridden by advanced beginners and intermediate riders the last 8 months. We however need to downsize our lesson herd and feel Chessa would excel with her own consistent person.

Chessa is up to date on farrier (currently front shoes on), deworming, vaccines and had her teach floated in October 2020. She is a SUPER easy keeper with ZERO special maintenance. Chessa ties (although she will whine for friends sometimes), cross ties, clips with ease, bathes, and hauls with ease. Chessa is such a sweet loving mare, we know she will make someone so happy! Noble

Fun goofy 17yr old purebred flee bitten gray Arabian gelding. Noble stands at 15.2hh and makes everyone who meets him laugh and love him. He is curious, kind and ALWAYS in your pocket. Rides both Western and English and we even took him on a camping trip last fall! On the trail he likes to get places and wants to move out and prefers to trot. In the arena he has super smooth gaits and is a push button ride with great W/T/C transitions (although walking is his least favorite). Knows his leg yields, turns and has been working on showmanship that past few months. Noble does like to move out and is more GO then whoa. His ideal rider would be an experienced kind hand who likes goofy geldings and will take the time to remind him that slowing down, bending and being supple are also just as fun as going fast. Noble does not enjoy jumping or gaming, he just wants to be a pleasure or performance horse.

Before coming to me in August of 2020, Noble was bred and owned by a large Arabian breeding farm and used as a Hunter Pleasure horse and then a fun horse for guests visiting the farm to ride. He was shown hunter pleasure nationally until he was 12 and then just played around with at the farm. We purchased Noble last summer when the farm was closing to use him in our kids’ lesson program. He was been in consistent work and ridden by advanced beginners and intermediate riders the last 8 months. We however need to downsize our lesson herd and feel Noble would excel with his own consistent experienced person.

Noble is up to date on farrier (currently barefoot with GREAT feet!), deworming, vaccines and had his teach floated in October 2020. He is an easy keeper with ZERO special maintenance (most of my middle ages horses and older are on a joint supplement). Noble ties (although he will paw when board), cross ties, clips with ease, bathes no problem and hops right into the trailer (although he also will paw when board).
